# PST 2025.01.16(Thu) 07:00 – The server is now open for all platforms.
# PST 2025.01.16(Thu) 02:30 - During the server maintenance, a critical issue was identified, making it unavoidable to extend the maintenance period to ensure a stable service environment.



We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this extended maintenance and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Additionally, as an apology for the maintenance extension and considering the inconvenience caused to in-game event participation after the update, we have prepared the following compensation items.

Details regarding the compensation schedule will be provided in a separate notice once the maintenance is complete.

- Fixed an issue where the M1 log was being excessively stored on some devices, causing abnormal increases in file size during gameplay.

1/3 (Fri) – 1/9 (Thu) Results of the Crackdown on Abusive Users

Greetings, Descendants.

Here are the results of the crackdown on abusive users carried out between 1/3 (Fri) – 1/9 (Thu).

We're inspecting abusive gaming behavior to ensure that all Descendants can enjoy the game in a pleasant environment.
Additionally, to ensure a pleasant gaming experience, we are planning to strengthen crackdowns on behavior that interferes with the gameplay of other Descendants, such as being excessively AFK.
If you notice any abnormal or abusive behavior while playing, please report it through the in-game report feature.

Please see below for the detailed outcome of the crackdown.

■ Crackdown status
- Crackdown period: 2025.1.3(Fri) – 2025.1.9(Thu) PST

■ Creation, distribution, or use of unauthorized programs - Permanent game ban (22 users)
- Actions have been taken for creating, distributing, or using unauthorized programs.


■ Exploitation of all processes related to the Open Store – Permanent game ban (35 users)
- Actions were taken because of unfair gains by exploitation on store payment process.


■ Interfering with other user's gameplay – 3-day separate matchmaking penalty (433 users)
- A history of repeated interference with other Descendants' gameplay has been confirmed and action has been taken in accordance with the Operation Policy.


■ Notes
- The outcome of the crackdown on abusive users includes enforcement actions taken based on Descendant’s reports and monitoring.
- If you would like to vindicate yourself in relation to a claim on the exploitation of the Open Store's payment process, please visit our official website > Customer Service > 1:1 Support and make your inquiry.
- If you would like to vindicate yourself in relation to a claim on the exploitation of the payment process through chargebacks, please contact the platform store where you made the payment.

Refund Notice Regarding Growth/Support Package Discount Issue

Greetings, Descendants.

We would like to provide information regarding refunds for Descendants who spent Caliber due to an issue where discounts were not applied to Growth/Support Package items in the store prior to Hotfix 1.2.3.

■ Eligible Descendants for Refund
- If the following items were purchased at full price without the discount applied between Hotfix 1.2.2 and Hotfix 1.2.3:

ㄴ Monthly Energy Activator Package
ㄴ Starter Boost Package

■ Refund Details
- Caliber used for the purchase of Growth/Support Packages will be refunded, deducting the discounted amount.

■ Refund Schedule
