Content Improvements
(1) Content Improvements
- In Arche Tuning, the Rare 'Skill Power Modifier' Enhancement Node has been changed to Rare 'Skill Power' Enhancement Node.
ㄴ Rare Skill Power Modifier 10% → Rare Skill Power +500.582
ㄴ When certain modules caused 'Skill Power Modifier' values to be negative, the calculation method led to excessive amplification,
causing inconveniences when grinding. It has been replaced with 'Skill Power' for better usability.

(2) UI & UX
- Changed camera height adjustment hotkeys in Photo Mode for PC platform.

ㄴ Camera Down: G

(3) Mission
- Changed the Weak Point Type of some Commander monsters in Sigma Sector 'Isolated Desert' Normal/High-risk.
ㄴ Previous Weak Point Type: Toxic
ㄴ Changed Weak Point Type: Fire

(4) Miscellaneous
- Changed the 'Latent Strength' effect in the 'Unpredictable' 4-set External Component effect from 'Skill Power' to 'Base Skill Power Boost Ratio' with adjusted values.
ㄴ Skill Power 21% → Base Skill Power Boost Ratio 31%
ㄴ The display in the External Component information window shows Skill Power-related items comprehensively, so it appears the same as above.


Shop
- Added new products.

- Changed subcategory settings for some products.
ㄴ Ultimate Descendant Bundle and Normal Descendant Bundle have been merged into the 'Descendant Bundle' category.
ㄴ Descendant Skin Bundles and Evolving Skin products have been merged into the 'Premium Skin Bundle' category.


Bug Fixes
(1) Content
- Fixed an issue where sometimes two or more Descendants interacted with an object at the same time, the character model of the Descendant with the slowest timing would become uncontrollable.

(2) Descendants
- Fixed an issue where Serena's passive skill ‘Divinity’ UI icon would activate during sliding even when not airborne.

(3) Weapons & Modules
- Fixed an issue where the Ultimate module 'Heat Circulation' (General Round) was incorrectly set as Handgun Exclusive.

(4) UI & UX
- Fixed an issue where page navigation was impossible when using the Descendant Filter in Shop > Descendant tab.
- Fixed an issue where the Descendant Purchase Ticket page would appear even when only Ultimate Descendants were selected in the Shop filter.
- Changed the Reconstruction Device UI's Amorphous Material page change buttons for PS and Xbox to (PS) L2/R2 → L1/R1, (Xbox) LT/RT → LB/RB.
- Fixed an issue where the Purchase button icon was not displayed properly when buying Descendants with Descendant Purchase Tickets under Shop Details.
- Fixed an issue where the pop-up message displayed "Infiltration Operation" when attempting to enter "Sigma Sector" as a party member.
- Modified the description of the Event Challenge "Assist with Serena's Covert Operations."
ㄴ Removed unnecessary punctuation marks in Korean description.
ㄴ Corrected English description from Event Shop replacement content to Challenge replacement content.

(6) Miscellaneous
- Fixed an issue where the 'Frozen Heart Energy' icon and 'Frozen Heart Essence' icon were switched in the External Component 'Frozen Heart' 4-set effect description.
- Fixed an issue where abnormal animations would play when monsters were dazed by firearm perk effects.

We have identified an issue where, if more than two refund requests were made through external platforms (such as Steam or console stores) and Caliber recovery was processed at the same time, some Caliber was not properly deducted.
Accordingly, we have fixed the issue and carried out the Caliber recovery process.

However, it was later confirmed that Caliber was still not recovered for some Descendants.
For those affected, we will proceed with temporary restrictions and perform the necessary recovery.

■ Temporary Restriction Schedule
- March 26, 2025 (Wed) 11:00 PM – March 27, 2025 (Thu) 2:00 AM (PDT)
* If there are any changes, we will update this notice accordingly.
After the temporary restriction, if the remaining Caliber is below 0, account access will be restricted in accordance with our refund policy.

In such cases, access will be restricted under the reason of "Abuse of Open Market Process."
You may lift the restriction by completing the clarification process through our Customer Support.

To complete the clarification process, you must recharge Caliber equivalent to the negative balance and submit the payment receipt via Customer Support.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this error.

3/14 (Fri) – 3/20 (Thu) Results of the Crackdown on Abusive Users

Greetings, Descendants.

Here are the results of the crackdown on abusive users carried out between 3/14 (Fri) – 3/20 (Thu).

We're inspecting abusive gaming behavior to ensure that all Descendants can enjoy the game in a pleasant environment.
If you notice any abnormal or abusive behavior while playing, please report it through the in-game report feature.

Please see below for the detailed outcome of the crackdown.

■ Crackdown status
- Crackdown period: 2025.3.14(Fri) – 2025.3.20(Thu) PST

■ Creation, distribution, or use of unauthorized programs - Permanent game ban (32 users)
- Actions have been taken for creating, distributing, or using unauthorized programs.



■ Exploitation of all processes related to the Open Store – Permanent game ban (19 users)
- Actions were taken because of unfair gains by exploitation on store payment process.



■ Interfering with other user's gameplay – 3-day separate matchmaking penalty (260 users)
- A history of repeated interference with other Descendants' gameplay has been confirmed and action has been taken in accordance with the Operation Policy.



■ Notes
- The outcome of the crackdown on abusive users includes enforcement actions taken based on Descendant’s reports and monitoring.
- If you would like to vindicate yourself in relation to a claim on the exploitation of the Open Store's payment process, please visit our official website > Customer Service > 1:1 Support and make your inquiry.
- If you would like to vindicate yourself in relation to a claim on the exploitation of the payment process through chargebacks, please contact the platform store where you made the payment.

# PDT 2025.03.20(Thu) 06:00 - The issue described below has been fixed through a server patch. Please return to the title screen and reconnect.

# PDT 2025.03.20(Thu) 04:40 - We have identified an issue where players were unable to access the game after the maintenance-free patch. As a result, we have reverted the server to the previous version. Accordingly, the announced patch changes have not been applied. We are working to identify the cause as quickly as possible and will provide a fix. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
