Supreme Ruler 2030 Update Build 1176 Posted Live
A few fasttrack builds have been posted recently and the latest one seems sufficiently stable to make it the official public version. Version 1176 includes a number of significant changes. Please let us know if you find any issues.

- Fixed unit techs that buff to properly increase unit stats. Design of 5% increase was causing a 95% decrease in previous version for example.
- Major fixes to world Theaters/Battlezones, further review ongoing.
- Selling missiles to World Market code updates and improvements, might be all fixed.
- Updates to waypoints system when set using orders panel
- Updates to starting military priorities and military strengths for Ukraine and Russia
- Fixed Resetting a unit's name doesn't delete the name
- Fixes to insurgency funding UI and system. Remaining issue, no feedback of spending cap, 5% of GDP. Ticket still open.
- Updates to ocean power facilities
- New equipment types added
- Know designs updated for various regions
- Fictional leaders updated for more realistic choices
- Various UI fixes
- Road/Rail pic fixed in right click - build
- A few minor events added to 2023 sandbox, ongoing work to add more flavour.
- Updates to orbats including fixes to some that were entirely missing (Somaliland)
- Aircraft on patrol with waypoints now maintain the order
- Further improvements to unit pathing
- GUI Scaling now available up to 4x for qualifying graphics cards
- Balance of Mutual Defense and Non-Aggression treaties adjusted
- Missile size/capacity when in unit inventory should not have been reported as "tons".
- Adjustments to "notable debt" warning in treasury, might work better now.
- Facility popups now include facility description text
- Hydro power facilities per hex properly limited to 2/4/6 for low/med/high deposit intensity
