Changelog for Version 1275:

More fixes to sanctions and data file updates. We've even begun updating the tech tree flow chart for the recent additions (it's updated to ~1980, work is ongoing).

A new feature has been added to the game - regions can now be marked as sanctioned. This will put immediate diplomatic pressure on other regions. If you join a sanction, relations will degrade with the target. If you don't, your relations with the region that imposed the sanction will degrade.   • Sanctions system added. Must be enabled at lobby level or CTRL+SHIFT+S popup. Controls in the State department, actions against. Compatible with savegames.
  • Mutual Defense treaties rebalanced for AI consideration, should reduce new agreements.
  • New map filters added for Mutual Defense and Sanctions systems
  • Fixes to sanction function and some of the related UI feedback
  • Fixed MP chat popup which broke in the last update
  • Update MP file transfer function to force file transfer when changing the setting from client files to host files
  • Minor equipment file fixes
  • Tech tree updates
  • Tech Tree Flowchart update in /Misc folder (Work ongoing)
  • Fix to Moldova region loyalty for 1914 map
  • Adjustments to relation change level for successful diplomatic trades.
  • Options in game now has a new panel listing all Hotkeys available in the game
  • Fix for tutorial 4 caused by previous rebalance of fortifications vs. emplacements
  • Visual Effect added for units that are in "panic" state (red, pulse)
  • Road/Rail removal tool now always available instead of game lobby option
  • AI adjustments to reduce home region garrisons when assisting allies in proxy
  • AI build choices adjusted so more transport ships built when the Merchant Marine system is disabled.
  • Fixes to Great War map and campaign objectives, work ongoing
  • Updates to some population starting totals for 1914 and 1917
  • Fixes to some early era mid eastern building models (Istanbul)
  • Fixes to 1914 and 1917 loyalty regions, battlezones and region borders
  • Fix to Great War region names in campaign (Turkiye is now Ottoman again)
  • Further improvements to espionage balance
  • Fixed possible softlock in military unit production
  • Fixed elastic banding to properly exclude spies at facilities
  • Fixes to location sort order, all maps
