Warhaven Refund Conditions and Schedule

We'd like to inform you about Warhaven's refund conditions and schedule.
Please refer to the guidelines below to make your refund process go as smoothly as possible.
[color]Transactions made after the start of PRE-SEASON 2 (12/13 4:00 PM PST)[/color] will all be [color]automatically refunded to your Steam Wallet[/color] [color]whether they were used or not[/color].
You do not need to make separate refund requests. Refunds will be issued after service ends.
However, any transactions made by Taiwanese citizens or made in Taiwan will NOT be refunded automatically. Only partial refunds listed below can be made.

In accordance with Taiwanese consumer protection laws, we will be [color]issuing partial refunds after receiving refund requests and verifying personal information[/color].

① Only applies to currency purchased with Steam Cash. Any premium currency obtained in-game or through events is not eligible.
② Items purchased with premium currency are not eligible for refunds, whether they were used or not.
