To help players enjoy the game, we'd like to give everyone a heads-up on what's been going on.
Please check below if you're having trouble playing the game,
and if we notice anything that needs some clarification, we'll add more as necessary.
We will continue to work to make Warhaven a smooth playing experience, and we ask for your understanding.
■ [World Pass Event] An issue where the Cumulative Point icon is displayed in the reward acquisition pop-up when clicking the "Claim All" button in the Cumulative Point Rewards. (added on 11/2)
■ Rewards are available in a check-in event, but the Claim All button is disabled.
→ Re-enter the event menu and the Claim All button will be enabled. (added on 11/2)
■ [Ranked Battles event] An issue of rank bonus rewards no longer apply to Gold/Platinum and above tiers (added on 10/30) ✔ Fixed an issue where Rank bonuses in the Ranked battle event were not being issued on 11/2(Thu) 01:00 PDT.
✔ Before the fix, Rank bonuses that were unissued will be delivered via mail in the game.
■ An issue of Warhammer's Hammer Blow maximum level does not get deflected against Guardian's Superior Block (Fixed)
→ The feature of Guardian's normal block deflecting Warhammer's Hammer Blow will be removed.
■[Ranked Battles event] An error occurs when attempting to claim rewards individually rather than through Claim All.
> Ranked Battles event rewards can only be claimed with "Claim All". (added on 10/27)
■[Ranked Battles event] Challenges appear as duplicates when some challenge completion conditions are fulfilled in a Ranked Battles.
> Challenges rewards that appear as duplicates cannot be collected.(added on 10/27)
■ [Ranked Battles event] 'An error has occurred' pop-up when attempting to claim individual rewards for Ranked battle Event.
→ Until this is fixed, please use "Claim All" to claim your rewards. (added on 10/25)
■ Characters would stutter when using the "Dash" skill if there was even a slight network delay (added on 10/23)
■ EpicWebHelper process does not terminate automatically when game ends (Reduced on 10/24)
→If EpicWebHelper does not terminate automatically, please manually terminate the process from [Ctrl+Alt+Delete]>'Task Manager'.
→We are working closely with Epic Games to resolve this issue and will have a fix for you as soon as possible.
■ Sometimes, combo attacks performs faster than it is intended right after a normal attack. (added on 10/22)
■ An issue when a bard respawns after dying, the 'Killer Solo Recovery' perk effect does not trigger. (added on 10/20) (Fixed)
→ This happens while waiting for combat, including in-game.
→ Happens even after being resurrected.
→ Spawning as a different character and then respawning as Bard fixes it.
■ Clicking other buttons in the lobby when ESC is repeatedly pressed does not work occasionally (added on 10/19)
→ It now works properly when players click Menu[ESC]>Restart Lobby from the Lobby screen.
We will fix this as soon as the cause is confirmed. (Fixed)
■ Unable to return to a previous match intermittently when leaving Ranked Battle.
→ We are currently looking into this. We'll make the fix as soon as we find the cause.
■ [Advanced Training] Unable to complete some training from Guardian training sessions 6, 7, and 8.
→ We are currently looking into this. We'll make the fix as soon as we find the cause. (Fixed)
■ Clicking the [Barracks > Bard > Unlock Now] button takes you to the Premium World Pass purchase page.
→ If you already purchased a Premium World Pass, you can get a Bard character from mailbox.
■ [中文-简体] [Mailbox] Korean letters appear in Bard character mail. (Fixed)

An issue where the description of the World Pass Premium reward, the Bard character, was displayed as "MISSING STRING TABLE ENTRY" in the mail.
→ You can now receive your Bard character rewards without an error message.
■ Not being able to see the number of owned Exemption Tickets.
→ 'Reinforcement Prevention' will be visible if you own any 'Exemption Tickets.'
■ Not being able to see the number of owned Exemption Tickets.
→ 'Reinforcement Prevention' will be visible if you own any 'Exemption Tickets.'
■ Unable to receive party invitations on some PCs.
→ You can join parties normally by inviting people to a party if you're not able to receive party invitations yourself.
■ Unable to move because the character gets stuck in certain locations.
→ Press the Recall button (B) to return to normal gameplay.
■ Game randomly crashing.
→ 1. If the game is crashing because your PC specs are lower than recommended, please adjust the game settings.
1) Press [Esc] in the lobby screen and click [Game Settings].
2) [Quality] Lower the overall graphical quality one level at a time.
3) [Quality] Turn off the Environment Interaction, Character Special Effects, and Detailed Corpse-Stone Effects Upon Death.
4) [Display] Change Anti-Aliasing Method to FXAA.
5) [Display] Deactivate vertical sync.
6) [Advanced] Turn off Motion Blur and Threaded Resource Rendering.
→ 2. If the game keep crashing after adjusting the game settings, please try the following solutions:
1) Press the Window Key + R and enter the following in the Run Window:
%LocalAppData%\Warhaven\Saved\Config\WindowsClient
2) Delete the GameUserSettings.ini file from the folder that opens up.
3) Re-launch the game. (Your previous settings will reset.)
■ Event notifications appear even when no event rewards can be claimed.
→ Event notifications display once a day, regardless of whether they are available or not.
→ Please make sure to collect your event rewards before the event ends while we work to confirm the cause and fix the issue.
■ Two identical items are occasionally equipped when using stickers and emote items.
→ We are currently investigating the cause, and will fix the issue as soon as it is confirmed.
■ An issue of Profile sticker and battlefield sticker items are occasionally unable to be equipped.
→ As a workaround, items will now equip normally after [ESC] > [Lobby Restart]. We will fix the issue as soon as the cause is confirmed.
