1. Fixes a bug where the Bard talent "Killer Solo Recovery" would not be applied after respawning.
2. Fixes new perk notifications being displayed in Korean, regardless of the in-game text language setting.
3. Change the term "obtainable(In Korean)" on the perk page to "Perk Available(in each language)".
4. We are making some changes to allow federations with the sieges lost state to rebuild in World Pass.
1) No conquest will occur while a federation with the sieges lost, is in the "Rebuilding" state.
2) A federation with the sieges lost, will only be able to open explorations for 48 hours.
3) The number of Outlaws that must be defeated in a conquest is reduced from 200 to 50 100. (10/23 23:15 updated)
5. Remove the cap on the number of battle memories used in the World Pass (was 5,000).
- This was not fixed in the Thursday, October 19 update, and will be fixed in upcoming patch.
6. Improvements to the login location UI
1) Upon initial entry of Game Type Selection, the login location screen will be displayed.
2) Select a game type - The currently selected region and latency range will be displayed to the right of the 'Set login location' button.
