[PRE-SEASON 2] A guide to temporary workarounds (PST 1/11 updated)

Greetings from the Warhaven team!

To help players enjoy the game, we'd like to give everyone a heads-up on what's been going on.

Please check below if you're having trouble playing the game,
and if we notice anything that needs some clarification, we'll add more as necessary.

We will continue to work to make Warhaven a smooth playing experience, and we ask for your understanding.

■ The watch 90-minutes reward on the Twitch Drops page was incorrectly listed as 'Arctic Furs (Guardian).'
→ Actual reward is 'Arctic Furs (Warhamer)' (added PST 1/11(thu))

■ "Night" weather is displayed as "Sunrise" text in the custom game "Hangar" battleground.
→ When a player enters the 'Night' weather battleground after setting it to 'Sunrise', the player will enter the 'Night' weather battleground, and the 'Sunrise' text will be fixed to 'Night'. (added PST 1/10(wed))

Players can now move divine stones outside of the planned play area in Podden 6v6 reclamation mode (added PST 1/2(tue))
→ Podden 6v6 reclamation mode will be disabled until this issue is fixed.
We'll fix it quickly and let you know if it's reactivated via an announcement.


■ An issue of Claw 'Soldier's Fortune - Combat Rations' perk tooltip description was unclear.
→ (Additional description) When over 50% health, Soldier's Fortune (Q) has a 0% chance to grant Soldier's Fortune: Combat Rations.
→ A specific description will be added to the perk tooltip.

■ An issue that if you had already earned 5 wins in the challenge to earn a Bard character before the 12/13(Wed) update, you would not be able to earn a Bard after the update.
→ You will be able to earn the Bard character by earning 1 additional win.

■ An issue that players will no longer be able to complete multiple New Character Acquisition Challenges at the same time.
→ Only one Acquisition Quest can be active at a time. The message will be added in the game.

■ When using the "Recall gem" Relic as a Claw character, Claw's weapon will temporarily float in the air where it was used.
→ This is currently under investigation. We'll fix it as soon as we find out the cause.

■ An issue that if you flee the battleground and return, your progress in the Outfit Challenge will not be applied to the character you played before.
→ After returning, if you don't play the character you played before, your progress in the Outfit Challenge will not be applied.
We'll fix it as soon as we find out the cause.

■ An issue of items that have already been used remain in the Item Storage.
→ Used items appear to remain in the 'Item Storage' but cannot be used.
When you click Menu [ESC]>Restart Lobby on the Lobby screen, the used item will disappear.

■ An issue of the icon for the "Recruit" rank is displayed as the icon for the "High Lord" rank in World Pass.
→ This is currently under investigation. We'll fix it as soon as we find out the cause.

■ An issue of zooming in on a claw character in [Barracks>Photoroom] and moving the viewpoint up makes the claw transparent.
→ This is currently under investigation. We'll fix it as soon as we find out the cause.

■ An issue of nicknames are displayed in join party messages even when the Hide info option is enabled in [Game Settings>Gameplay>Social].
→ This is currently under investigation. We'll fix it as soon as we find out the cause.

■ An issue of the character gets invisible when players go to [Barracks>Blade>Emotes], select 'Playful', press the 'World Pass' button, and return to Emotes.
→ This is currently under investigation. We'll fix it as soon as we find out the cause.

■ An issue of the character dancing in the barracks when players go to [Barracks>Blade>Emotes], select 'Playful', press the 'World Pass' button, and press the 'Back' button twice in the Emotes.
→ This is currently under investigation. We'll fix it as soon as we find out the cause.

■ No longer able to equip any communication other than the emote "Battle Cry" at 12 o'clock Emote slot.
Currently, Bard characters have the emote "Battle Cry" at 1 o'clock Emote slot.
Please equip the emote "Battle Cry" at 12 o'clock in the [Barracks>Bard>Communication] menu.
→ Emotes and battlefield stickers other than "Battle Cry" can be placed at other locations.

■ Unable to move because the character gets stuck in certain locations.
→ Press the Recall button (B) to return to normal gameplay.

■ Unable to receive party invitations on some PCs.
→ You can join parties normally by inviting people to a party if you're not able to receive party invitations yourself.

■ Game randomly crashing.
→ 1. If the game is crashing because your PC specs are lower than recommended, please adjust the game settings.
1) Press [Esc] in the lobby screen and click [Game Settings].
2) [Quality] Lower the overall graphical quality one level at a time.
3) [Quality] Turn off the Environment Interaction, Character Special Effects, and Detailed Corpse-Stone Effects Upon Death.
4) [Display] Change Anti-Aliasing Method to FXAA.
5) [Display] Deactivate vertical sync.
6) [Advanced] Turn off Motion Blur and Threaded Resource Rendering.

→ 2. If the game keep crashing after adjusting the game settings, please try the following solutions:
1) Press the Window Key + R and enter the following in the Run Window:
%LocalAppData%\Warhaven\Saved\Config\WindowsClient
2) Delete the GameUserSettings.ini file from the folder that opens up.
3) Re-launch the game. (Your previous settings will reset.)

■ An issue of Daily login and New recruit event are not displayed on the billboard on newly account.
→ This is currently under investigation. We'll fix it as soon as we find out the cause.

■ An issue of the "Log into the Game" challenge now in the [Winter Lights Drops Event] is diplayed as
"Capture the Foothold" instead of "Log into the Game".
→ This is currently under investigation. We'll fix it as soon as we find out the cause.

■ PRE-SEASON1 World Pass rewards not earned in [Barracks>Outfit] are exposed in a locked state (added on 12/13)
→ This is currently under investigation. We'll fix it as soon as we find out the cause.

■ Under certain circumstances, when a player clicks the 'Shop' button after selecting an item that the player did not purchase, the messages 'The item has been purchased and given.' and 'An error has occurred while using the shop. Please contact customer support." message pops up (added on 12/13)
→ The purchase and payment of the item will not actually proceed. We will fix it as soon as the cause is confirmed.
