Spirit City: Lofi Sessions News

After our Halloween update, players let us know that a couple bugs slipped through the cracks, so here is a hotfix for most of them:

• Fixed an issue where moving a habit up or down the list would refresh all habits checkmarks
  
• Tentative fix for an issue where the newly added "Reset all checkboxes" for the to-do list would trigger at random times, especially on MacOS.
  
• Adjusted maximum resize values for productivity widgets so that they can be made wider and taller for different monitor setups.
  
• Fixed an issue where checking a habit from a prior or future week would track it as this week's day in the productivity tracker.
  
• Fixed cobwebs in the Kitchen and Room not always rendering well with the customizable color option
  
• Fixed an issue with skirts and stockings at multiple activities sometimes clipping
  
• Fixed an issue with the new Black ghost shirt not selecting the proper item in the UI when opening the category

From new Halloween decorations to spooky Spirit skins, local music importer to productivity tools improvements, we're excited to share this new update with everyone.

🎨🖌️ New Activity - Painting[/p][p]A brand-new activity is now available at the desk, perfect for all the artsy-craftsy people out there!

🎃👻Halloween decor add-ons[/p][p]Plentyful of existing Halloween decor options just got color customizable, and more decorations have been added across the Bedroom, Kitchen, and Train locations!

🎧 Local music importer[/p][p]By popular demand, we have finally added a way to import your local music files from your desktop so that you can listen to them using Spirit City's music player! Supports .mp3, .wav, .ogg, and .flac.

📓Productivity tools updates[/p][p]Some new features and quality of life updates have been added to the existing productivity tools, with a focus on being able to visualize more data over time to better witness the efforts you put into your goals!

• [p]You can now import your local music files (.mp3, .wav, and .ogg) to the game using the "Custom" tab in the music menu! Give it a root folder path, and it will automatically fetch all folders inside of it to create different albums.[/p]

• [p]The productivity tracker can now be shown as a graph to see total playtime and total focus time (using timers). Additionally, you can use view filters to see the stuff done in the past week, month, or year.[/p]

• [p]To-do lists will now show a slick progress bar so you know how you progress at a glance[/p]
• [p]To-do lists will now have a "reset all" button to reset the state of all items in one swoop! Great for people that reuse the same to-do lists daily.[/p]
• [p]You can now sort your to-do lists by date, or by state. Sorting by due date means that you can see what tasks are due first, and sorting by state means that all done tasks will automatically be sorted to the bottom.[/p]
• [p]You now need to hold the delete journal entry button to confirm the action, no more misclicks![/p]
• [p]The Journal and Habits widgets are now fully resizable and moveable, and can stay on-screen wherever you want.[/p]
• [p]Added FAQ, Privacy Policy, Creators Guide and Troubleshooting Guide to the in-game "Help" section in the settings menu. [/p]
• [p]You can now use the Habits tool without having to wipe the board clean every week! It will now save your habit data automatically over time.[/p]
• [p]The clock widget has been moved to the productivity tool section, and can now be toggled on/off the screen, just like the to-do list![/p]
• [p]Productivity tools buttons in the UI now all show a white outline for when they're toggled on[/p]

[h3]Bug fixing[/h3]

• [p]Fixed an issue with sorting transparent glass items (cups, boba, glass of milk) in Train location.[/p]
• [p]Fixed an issue with the clouds background tiling in the Train location[/p]
• [p]Fixed an issue with Ursa's hint not being translated in Japanese[/p]
• [p]Fixed miscellaneous issues with words in the UI not being translated in some languages[/p][p][/p]

Our last hotfix regarding our latest update.

Fixes:
Removed the green trees in the snow forest background in the Train
Fixed clipping of some curtains with train interior seating
Fixed issue with string lights now being glowy enough at baywindow (room)
Fixed moonbeads interior train accent showing some stars
Fixed an issue with using long socks and skirt in train interior activities
Fixed issue with Single Braid hairstyle clipping on the body while sipping at train exterior
Fixed an issue with Writing animation not moving eyes at desk (room)
Fixed issue with Dandylion not using the correct gaming activity prop
Fixed an issue with previewing items staying on the avatar or in the room after using the "reset color" button.
Fixed an issue with the session timer widget not saving its position on the screen when game is reopened.
Fixed an issue with the "external" tab of the music browser resetting the URL on click when it is being used.
Fixed an issue with train movement (shake) not being tuned down when train Speed is low.
Fixed an issue with train parameters overflowing in the UI in some languages other than english.
Fixed an issue where vinyls in the music selection widget would actually spin in the incorrect direction
Fixed an issue with some room and avatar items failing to revert to the equipped item after previewing
Fixed an issue with the Session timer not saving properly it's position on the screen after a restart
Fixed an issue with the word "Bedroom" in the Locations menu not being translated in multiple languages

Hello Spiritographers!

For some users, the train customization and speed parameters were still not saving properly, so this hotfix aims at solving these issues for good. Included a couple more fixes along the way.

• Fixed an issue with train customization sometimes not initializing properly, preventing users from keeping their changes in the new Train location.
• Fixed an issue with the Train sometimes being completely stopped whenever exiting customization view.
• Thunder clouds are now less dark in coast, forest, and fields background in the Train.
  
• Added some birds to Sky and Coast backgrounds in Train.
  
• Two-tone sleeve hoodie is now color customizable
  
• Adjusted some exterior seating of train to prevent clipping with Spirits
  
• Fixed some Kitchen elements with metal (such as oven) being overly dark
