Fixes and Balancing:

• fixed potential crash on deploy
  
• fixed potential crash on extract
  
• fixed potential crash on entering safehouse
  
• changed order of additional stash storage boxes (weapon, gear, ammunition, meds)
  
• adjusted start time for new players (8 am morning on delta now)
  
• adjusted delta combat boundaries (increased)
  
• reduced ghosting on gcps when using ray reconstruction
  
• fixed some rock collisions & train collision
  
• added mono & headphone mode
