Seclusa Update - 1.0.4

[p]Hello![/p][p][/p][p]This update has a few new features alongside a number of small tweaks and bugfixes.[/p][p][/p][p]Patch Notes for 1.0.4e: [/p][h3]New Stuff[/h3]
  • [p]Added an unlockable Time of day slider to Processing mode, so you can quickly and easily adjust the natural lighting while taking photos.[/p]
    • [p]It will show up once you've unlocked the 'time change' ability (Level 5) AND have purchased all available time slots.[/p]
  • [p]Added an Intensity slider to the Filters menu in Processing mode, so you can dial in a specific amount of the filter's influence.[/p]
  • [p]Added a small icon to each puzzle slot, letting you know if it's been previously completed.[/p]
  • [p]You now get a few credits each time you delete a photo.[/p][p][/p]
[h3]Tweaks[/h3]
  • [p]Improved the fur on the male lion's mane.[/p]
  • [p]Improved the shading of fur animals when they're wet (during rain).[/p]
  • [p]Reduced the difficulty of the 'maze' labyrinth.[/p]
  • [p]Card Shop info now shows the current Trade Card's number.[/p]
[p][/p][h3]Bugfixes[/h3]
  • [p](Maybe) Fixed an issue that some users were having with the Processing menu that would freeze the game.[/p]
    • [p]If this is still happening for anyone, please let me know in the thread about it in the Bug Reports forum, and I may ask for a log file.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where some displays weren't showing 1920x1080 as a resolution option even though their monitor should support it.[/p]
    • [p]This is a somewhat experimental fix, so if it still doesn't work, let me know![/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug with input glyphs, where if you had a gamepad connected but weren't using it, gamepad glyphs would still continue to show up.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug where rebinding inputs with a gamepad could sometimes cause the game to freeze. As a result, rebinding gamepad inputs is temporarily disabled, but trying to do so won't freeze the game anymore.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a missing localization text with the Safari Match game.[/p]
  • [p]Updated the Japanese translation for the White-Bearded Wildebeest.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed some small seams on the 'Brown Tabby' cat texture.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue with the Giraffe having fur on its tongue.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug where you could use a hotkey/button to open the summon window for an animal you didn't have the 3-star card for.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where taking a photo right after adjusting focus distance in Processing mode could leave the focus indicator visible in the taken photo.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where gamepad input wasn't working with the lodge telescope (right stick now moves the camera).[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue in the Card Shop where you could refresh the trade slot with a button input without having the slot selected. The game now also shows an input glyph when you're able to refresh via button press.[/p]
  • [p]EDIT: This build went live with a bug pertaining to opening a pack right after you've traded your points for a card, but it's now been fixed.[/p]

  • [p]Expanded photo storage from 28 to 48.[/p]
    • [p]NOTE: This will increase the time it takes to save your game as your gallery fills up.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug where, if you opened Paka's color/accessories menu while at a campsite, you wouldn't be able to take a photo of him anymore upon closing the menu.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug that required the 'Getting Started' and 'Experienced Photographer' achievements to be completed in a single play session.[/p]
    • [p]If you've already taken 300 photos but don't have 'Experienced Photographer', it should trigger the next time you take a photo.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug where the 'Dedicated Collector' achievement could be triggered early.[/p]
  • [p]Added additional checks for completion of the 'Power to Summon' and 'Famous Friend' achievements.[/p]
    • [p]If you've previously obtained the required cards for these, but didn't have the achievements trigger, the game will now run another check when you resume your save.[/p]
  • [p]Added additional checks for completion of the 'Puzzler' achievement.[/p]
    • [p]If you've completed all puzzles (including the custom art puzzle) and still aren't getting the achievement, we'll need to see your log file to determine which one isn't counting. In a future update, we'll add some type of UI indication for puzzles you've already completed.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where the Title Screen's time of day wasn't correctly syncing with your save file.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where the 'Firm Friends' and 'Best Buds' objectives wouldn't update their UI text as you made progress.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed some navmesh issues at the Waterhole.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where baby hippos at the river could sometimes spawn in below the terrain.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where elephants could pick up grass on dirt surfaces.[/p]
  • [p]Increased the amount of XP earned from jobs at higher reputations.[/p]
  • [p]Increased the amount of XP earned by taking photos at higher job reputations.[/p]
  • [p]Adjusted balance of the card trade points system.[/p]
  • [p]Adjusted some of the audio during the pack opening sequence.[/p]
  • [p]Added a UI notification when completing the labyrinths or safari match, showing what credits and XP you earned.[/p]

Localization Update!

  • [p] Fixed numerous problems with missing text in the Chinese, Japanese, and Korean translations.[/p]
  • [p]NOTE: there are still some minor issues regarding text shadows on some menu screens, and these will be fixed in a future update.[/p]
  • [p]EDIT: Fixed a bug where the 'Meditative Maneuvering' achievement couldn't be completed.[/p]

  • [p]Fixed an issue with the elephant's textures at the Marsh.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug where elephants wouldn't properly register as eating or drinking at the Marsh, even when they were, in fact, eating or drinking.[/p]

Seclusa is released!

It will be available with a launch discount of 25% for the next two weeks.[/p][p][/p][p]A big thank you from the two of us here at Studio Niente for playing our demo, providing feedback, and staying with us during the (long) development process. [/p][p][/p][p]We weren't quite able to fit everything in that we would have liked for launch, so we'll be hard at work over the coming weeks and months to make sure Seclusa is everything it can be![/p][p][/p][p]If you run into any issues, feel free to let us know in our bug reports forum and we'll do our best to help you out! (Although it may not be for another day or two as I try to catch up on sleep!)[/p][p][/p][h3]What's Next?[/h3][p]There's still a fair amount that we'd like to add to the game in forthcoming updates, and while there's currently no detailed roadmap, here are a few things that we're planning:[/p]
