Master Plan: New Rise Event

Event Dates: Thursday, November 13th, 2025, After Maintenance ~ Thursday, January 15th, 2026, Before Maintenance

• Log in during the event period to receive the event quest [Guide] Master Plan: New Rise - Register as a Main Character.
  • Note: Starting with the New Rise Update, an account must have at least one character that has obtained an Arcana to receive this event’s guide quest.
    • If an account has not achieved an Arcana, it is recommended to progress through the Arcana Ascension Event which will allow you to progress through a new streamlined tutorial!

• ALL characters on your account will be given access to the following Marquee Event:
  • Sasha’s Rental Redux
• You will receive the following rewards after completing [Guide] Master Plan: New Rise - Register as Main Character.
  • 50,000 Experience Points
  • [Month] Daily Gift Scroll
  • **NEW** Master Plan: New Rise Support Box
• Open the Master Plan: New Rise Support Box to receive powerful items to assist your character growth:
  • Spirit Memory Scroll (Level 100)
    • Will automatically raise the Level of a Spirit Weapon to Level 100.
  • Stardust Memory Scroll (Rank 10)
    • Will automatically raise the level of your Stardust to Level 10
      • Cannot be used if you do not have Stardust unlocked.
      • Stardust can be unlocked by completing the An Astronomical Discovery questline, which is given after reaching Cumulative Level 3,000.
  • Stardust Support Effect Level 5 Scroll
    • Will automatically raise the level of your Stardust Support Effects to Level 5
      • Cannot be used if you do not have Stardust unlocked.
  • Alban Knights Condensed Divine Fruit
    • Will raise your character’s Crusader Level to 100.
      • Cannot be used if your Crusader Level is 100 or higher.
  • **NEW** Briogh-Infused Potion
    
    • Removes the Briogh Weekly Limit for the duration of the event.

Note: Pets from the selection boxes are unable to be stored in a Pet Adoption Medal.
[h2]Free Combination VIP Service[/h2]
Event Dates: Thursday, November 13th, 2025, After Maintenance - Thursday, January 15th, 2026, Before Maintenance

• As an added bonus, Combination VIP will be added to every Milletian’s account throughout the duration of the event!
• For Milletians that currently have VIP, don’t worry - your current active VIP will be “on hold” throughout the duration of the event period.
  • After the free Combination VIP duration has concluded, your own active VIP duration will continue to tick down as normal.

• Each week, you can choose any 7 buffs you want to set for your Daily Buffs from the Master Plan Event UI.
  • The buffs will continue to be active until manually changed.
  • Buffs can be changed once per day (resets at 7:00 AM Server Time)
• During the weekends (Fridays at 7:00 AM Server Time ~ Mondays at 7:00 AM Server Time), all buffs will be active!

[h2]Master Plan Daily and Achievement Quests[/h2]
This Master Plan, Milletians will be given daily quests instead of their weeklies. After registering a main character, you’ll be given the quests [Event] Content Support: Grandmaster Missions and [Event] Content Support: Advancement Tests. These daily quests will allow you to fast-track your Grandmaster Missions for Arcanas and Advancement Testing for Dan Ranks!


As a bonus, Efflam has provided Milletians with an achievement quest this season - [Event] Master Plan: Limit Break. These rewards for this quest are sure to help any Milletian stay warm this Alban Elved season. Check out the sub-events down below for more details on completing these objectives.

[h2]Daily Gift[/h2]

• Click on Lorna and Pan’s Banner in the Master Plan: New Rise UI to bring up information about this marquee event.
• To receive your scroll, Talk to Efflam and select “Daily Gift” to receive a scroll in your inventory.
  
  • Each month’s scroll is only good for that month. To obtain the next month’s scroll, be sure to talk to Efflam to exchange the scroll.
• Each day (resets at 7:00 AM Server Time), log in to receive your daily gift - no waiting required!
• Note: All items are untradeable and expire in 30 days.

[h2]Sasha's Rental Redux[/h2]
Overall Event Dates: Thursday, November 13th, 2025, After Maintenance - Thursday, January 15th, 2026, Before Maintenance

• Log in during the Master Plan: New Rise season to receive access to all that Sasha has to offer.
  
  • All characters on the account will have access to Sasha’s Rental Redux.
  • You are not required to sign up for a Main Character this time around.

Outfit Rental

• Click on the Quick Event Menu UI to open up a special Outfit Rental UI.
  
  • You’ll be given the option to choose 1 of each of the following to rent:
    
    • Outfit
    • Headgear
    • Gloves
    • Shoes
  • There are over 2700 articles of clothing to choose from!
  • The chosen outfit will be added to your inventory.
• You'll be given a daily quest [Event] Outfit Rental: Dye a Rental Outfit allowing you to earn DIY Dye Mold Selection Boxes (Rental) to dye your rental outfits.
  • Requirements include:
    • Log in 1 time.
    • Complete 1 Part-Time Job.
  • These dyes can only be used on Rental Equipment.
• Should you decide to change any parts of your outfit, the previous article (and any dyes used) will be destroyed.

Master Plan Inventory

• Talk to Sasha and select Rent --> Master Plan Inventory Rental to receive a free 10x15 inventory for the duration of the event.
• You can access this special inventory through the dropdown icon in your Inventory and selecting the bag with the "F" icon on it.
• Once the event ends, you will only be able to remove items from the bag.

Pet Rental

• Talk to Sasha and select Rent --> Pet Rental to receive a Level 200 KartRider Pet of your choosing:
  • Saber X
  • Mart Kart
  • Lodi Infernal
  • White Knight X
  • Dark Knight X
  • Practice Kart
• You can only acquire one KartRider Pet per account.
• The pet will not have an inventory and cannot be stored into a Pet Adoption Medal.
• After the event ends, the pet will be unable to be summoned and can only be deleted.

Weapon Rental

• Talk to Sasha and select Rent --> Weapon Rental to receive a Perseus Level weapon based on a specific combat talent.

• The weapon will be upgraded with the following:

• If you wish to exchange the weapon, simply talk to Sasha to return the weapon.
• As you progress in Ferghueus Forge Event, the power and rarity of the rental weapon will improve.

Armor Rental

• Talk to Sasha and select Rent --> Armor Rental to receive an armor based on a specific Arcana talent.

    • Refined Northern Lights Armor Set
  • Dark Diviner
    • Refined Hebona Armor Set
  • Alchemic Sharpshooter

• The armor will initially be Sturdy Rarity.
• As you progress in the Refined Armory Event, the power and rarity of the rental armor will improve.

[h2]Ferghueus Forge[/h2]
Overall Event Dates: Thursday, November 13th, 2025, After Maintenance - Thursday, December 11th, 2025, Before Maintenance

• Log in with your registered main character during the Master Plan: New Rise season to access Ferghus' Forge.
• In the Master Plan: New Rise UI, select the Fergseus Forge banner to open a dedicated UI for the marquee event.
• In the dedicated UI, you'll have the ability to do the following:
  • Teleport to the Master Plan NPC Efflam
  • Teleport to the Arcana Association Room
  • Open Blaanid's Brave Boost UI.
  • Access your "My Status" stats.
  • Change your Fergseus Weapon.
  • List of Missions for the week.
• Each week will have a set of 4 missions.
  • Completing the missions will provide points towards rewards and upgrades for your chosen Fergseus Weapon.
