- In order to acquire Forbidden Alchemist, the character must meet the following requirements:
- Cumulative level of 20,000 or higher.
- Acquire the Grandmaster Mad Scientist Talent title.
- Requires the Grandmaster Battle Alchemist and Grandmaster Apothecary Talent levels.
- Complete the quest [Forbidden Alchemist] The Cursed Girl.
- You can start this quest after achieving the above requirements and talking to NPC Laoire about Promising Arcana Candidates - Forbidden Alchemist.
- When completing the quest, NPC Taise will reside in the Arcana Association Room and the Forbidden Alchemist talents, related skills, and journal achievement will be acquired.
- In order to acquire Arsenal Gunner, the character must meet the following requirements:
- Cumulative level of 20,000 or higher.
- Acquire the Grandmaster Firearms Expert Talent title.
- Requires the Grandmaster Gunslinger and Grandmaster Construct Alchemist Talent levels.
- Complete the quest [Arsenal Gunner] Cry of the Jet-Black Gunshot.
- You can start this quest after achieving the above requirements and talking to NPC Laoire about Promising Arcana Candidates - Arsenal Gunner.
- When completing the quest, NPC Micheil will reside in the Arcana Association Room and the Arsenal Gunner talents, related skills, and journal achievement will be acquired.

A skill that allows you to create mixed compounds to use in Forbidden Alchemy Skills.
- The exact effects are determined by the combination and quantity of each ingredient.
- Each skill can have its own unique formula.
- After selecting the skill to customize, set the formula by adding Alchemy Crystals and various Herbs.
- Grants a 50% chance to not consume Herbs.

- Has a cooldown of 15 seconds.
- To use the skill, select the Elemental Compounding formula by pressing Hotkeys 1-4.
- Once your formula is chosen, you can target either yourself, companions, or enemies.

- To use the skill, you must have a fully charged attribute marble. Select the alchemic element formula by pressing Hotkeys 1-4 for fire, water, wind, and earth respectively.
- If multiple elements are charged, you can select up to all four at once.
- Once your desired elements are chosen, you can target yourself to activate.
- After using the skill, your charged attribute marble will be consumed.

- Applies a debuff for 120 sec on targeted enemies.

- Reduces Final Damage by 0.8% for all enemies hit by the skill

- The damage calculation formula for skills that use Alchemy Damage has been changed:
- The coefficient has been updated so that the character’s HP, MP, and Stamina are applied as Alchemy Damage
- The method for calculating the base damage has been changed to multiply the minimum and maximum coefficients directly to the corresponding elemental alchemic damage.

- Entrance into this alternative path of Rabbie Phantasm can be completed by collecting all of the Secret Roses that appear in the Dungeon.
- The succubus who appears after a Black-Stained Rose has been inspected must be defeated before she disappears to reveal their Secret Rose.
- Entrance into this alternative path of Rabbie Phantasm can be completed by collecting all of the Secret Roses that appear in the Dungeon.
- To inspect a Black-Stained Rose, the player picking it must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Equipment Level of 380.
- Completed “A Dreamy Story” Questline.
- 4 Restorative Potions will be needed to inspect the final rose.
- A new NPC, Jiro, will be selling Restorative Potions at the start of the dungeon.

- Wraiths will no longer appear in some battles on the 1st Floor.
- Resurrection restrictions have been lifted for Normal Difficulty.
- The number of Restorative Potions needed to craft a Rabbie Phantasm Pass has been reduced from
- 15 to 4.
- When re-entering the dungeon after a disconnection or logging out, the Safeguard effect will be in place for 60 seconds.
- While fighting the Succubus Queen, the following changes have been made:
- The number of Succubus Fiends summoned has been reduced.
- Succubus Queen’s attack range and warp location will now have an indicator on the floor.
- A 30-second cooldown will now be applied to the Succubus Queen when using her Meteor Attack skill.
- If hit by the Meteor Attack while mounted on a Pet, the Safeguard effect will be applied to the player.
- Safeguard, the status effect applied when hit by the Succubus Queen, has been changed as follows:

[h2]Fantasy Life Changes[/h2]
Personal Shop Mannequins
- The Mannequin function has been added to the Personal Shop.
- This allows you to set up a mannequin at your personal shop, which you can dress in an outfit.
- You can access the mannequin menu and settings by clicking the “Mannequin” button with an open Personal Shop.
- The mannequin podium will appear at the Personal Shop when equipping items to the mannequin, displaying the outfits you’ve dressed them up in to prospective buyers.
- Items that have a set price for sale or for rental can be equipped or removed from the mannequin through the right-click item tooltip.
- You can Preview the entire mannequin at once on your character.
- The items can be individually previewed or rented from the mannequin, or from the personal shop.
- Personal Shops now provide a feature to rent and rent out item appearances.
- Only wearable and tradable items that can be equipped in the Style Tab slot can be rented for appearance.
- Support puppets cannot be rented.
- Items that have been rented for appearance can only be equipped in the Style Tab.
- You can use the Special Animation if an item has one, or you can change the motion through the Dressing Room. Rental Items cannot be stored in the Dressing Room.
- The Rental Period of an item can be set for 7 days, 15 days, or 30 days of rental.
- Only wearable and tradable items that can be equipped in the Style Tab slot can be rented for appearance.
- You can check the items you have rented out through the “Rental Status” menu. This menu can be checked from your Personal Shop bag when the Personal Shop is not active.
- You can retrieve the items you’ve rented out once the rental period has ended through this menu.
- Rental items become personalized and can be stored in "Me" inventory. When the rental period has ended, the item will expire and can be destroyed.

Welcome to the bottom of the update notes! We always want to put our most into our updates, which includes keeping our content clean as well. In addition to the healthy list below we’ve cleaned up and are continuing to polish some of the large New Rise update. - A Quick View event button has been added for Erinn Adventure Pass.
- Fixed a layering issue with the Erinn Adventure Pass UI causing it to display elements from the window beneath it.
- The following Sewing Pattern has been renamed to properly match the item:
- Sewing Pattern - Serpent's Eye Geas Coat (M) → Sewing Pattern - Serpent's Eye Geas Robe (M)
- Corrected an issue preventing the AP Training for Astrologer Skills from working as intended.
- Fixed an issue causing Fallen Pierrot Marionettes to display the incorrect dye colors on their inventory icon, not matching the dye color that had been set. The inventory icons will be updated to match as expected.
- Fixed an issue where under specific conditions it was possible to have the Music Buff Effect stat temporarily increase above expected values.
- Corrected a modelling issue when wearing Sylvan Strider Bands (M) with a Spell Book.
- It is no longer possible to use Flashing Steel while riding an Airship or Hot-Air Balloon. This request came from Alexina after one too stumbles into craters caused by Milletian antics.
- Occasionally Stellar Surge would move in the direction of your character’s facing rather than in the direction of your cursor. This will now consistently move in the direction your cursor indicates.
- The Tower Tarot card from Destiny Weaving was not properly reducing damage from monsters.
- Fixed an issue where Archery skills would occasionally not deal damage after drawing in enemies with Astrology skills.
- The following Dual Guns Glyphs have been updated. This is a text only fix, the gameplay is unchanged.

- The Friday VIP Advance Play UI will now correctly display the Rabbie Phantasm Dungeon Pass.
- In Brí Leith, the First Boss will no longer have their HP reduce after the 50% threshold.
- Milletians will no longer experience a drop in Defensive Stats after Rebirthing.
[h2]Known Bugs[/h2]

- Forbidden Alchemist Link Level 7 incorrectly lists Fangs of Stone Cooldown Accumulation as -1 second instead of -1.5 seconds in-game. This is just a text issue and does not affect the skill itself.
- The Forbidden Alchemist skill Serpentcall references Uroborus. In an upcoming patch, we will rename this G11 boss and all references to it from Uroborus to the proper name Ouroboros.
- With the expansion to the Dressing Room added in October, a few items have yet to have slots added. We are currently collecting these items and they will be added at a later date.
- There are currently issues causing the Blacklist to not work as expected for some players.
- Under periodic conditions, Milletians will be temporarily unable to duel other Milletians.
