[h3]Skill Changes[/h3]
Harmonic Saint
  • The following changes towards the Arcana have been made:
    • Musical Buff Effects applied to party members will now be removed upon the Harmonic Saint leaving the party or changing Arcanas.
【 Developer Comments 】
The Harmonic Saint Arcana is designed to provide support to other party members with outstanding buff effects and healing capabilities. However, as switching between Arcana became easier, it started to become a trend for players to apply buffs with the Harmonic Saint Arcana before entering dungeons, then switch to another Arcana to enter and begin combat.

We determined that this behavior made Harmonic Saint's unique role within a party more ambiguous, acting as a barrier to party participation. 

With these changes, we on the development team intend to strengthen the Harmonic Saint's role as an Arcana that protects other party members and turns the tide of the battle to the team's advantage as an active member of the party, rather than an Arcana that's mainly utilized in a supplementary capacity.

We'll continue to monitor and adjust the performance of the Arcana following these changes to provide a positive experience to all Milletians, and we're considering several different directions and things we can do to increase the value a Harmonic Saint brings to a party, including an assessment of the Arcana's offensive capabilities.
Forbidden Alchemist
  • The following changes towards the Arcana have been adjusted:
    • Compound Catalyst
      • The buff effects from Elemental Compounding will now only be applied to the user instead of their allies.
    • Elemental Compounding
      • The UI has been updated to specify Compound Catalyst Buffs will be applied to “self” instead of “allies”.
    • Link Effects
      • Level IV - Alchemy Elemental Energy Gain has been increased from 25% to 50%.
      • Level V - Alchemy Elemental Energy Gain has been increased from 50% to 100%.
【 Developer Comments 】
The Forbidden Alchemist Arcana was originally designed to fulfill a hybrid position that encompassed the roles of both DPS and Support. However, as things currently stand with our limited number of Arcana options, the possibility exists that a "synergistic" DPS talent like this could lead to it being considered a necessity in party compositions. Because of that, we determined that we needed to make adjustments to change it to a pure DPS role.

As part of this change, we've buffed the effect of the Compound Catalyst skill to make up for the damage output that Forbidden Alchemist lacked when compared to other Arcana talents. We also buffed the recovery of elemental Alchemic Energy to reduce the burden of the talent's resource management.

In addition, we noticed that this talent required the upkeep of more buff skills, which ended up causing difficulties in allowing players to focus mainly on the fight. Realizing this could be improved upon as well, we changed it so Elemental Amplification now won't consume elemental energy from your gauge, and we're working on making it so using the skill activates Elemental Wave's effect when used.

We'll continue doing our utmost to present an improved version of this Arcana to all Milletians as soon as possible.
Alchemic Sharpshooter
  • The following skills for the Arcana have been adjusted for all ranks:
    • Ignis Plume - the damage multiplier has been increased.
      • At Rank 1:
        • Before: 600%
        • After: 780%
    • Aqua Volley - the maximum charged multiplier has been increased.
      • At Rank 1:
        • Before: 2200%
        • After: 2680%
    • Tri-Assault - the final shot’s damage multiplier has been increased.
      • At Rank 1:
        • Before: 3000%
        • After: 3400%
Gunslinger
  • The following change towards the Talent has been adjusted downward for all ranks:
    • Way of the Gun - the Bonus Damage has been decreased.
      • At Rank 1:
        • Before: 30%
        • After: 15%
Chain Blade
  • The visibility of Anchor Rush has been improved.
    • A mouse cursor will now be displayed.
    • Clicking a point beyond the maximum range will instead have the skill be used at the maximum range.

  • An Instrument Exclusive Special Upgrade path has been added.
    • Level 1: Battlefield Overture / Vivace Attack Bonus: +0.5%
    • Level 2: Battlefield Overture / Vivace Attack Bonus: +1%

Soraia’s Shop
  • Exquisite and Masterwork rarity Perseus and Nightbringer equipment are now available through Soraia’s Shop.
    • When purchasing, the value will be random based on the equipment’s rank and rarity.
  • When disassembling Exquisite and Masterwork grade Perseus and Nightbringer #Dungeon Loot weapons, players will now receive currency that they can use to buy similar weapons of their choice of the same rank in Soraia’s Shop.

Commerce Alban Heruin Season 3

    • Alban Heruin Season 2 will conclude on March 6th, 6:59 AM PST.
    • Viewing the season rankings and claiming previous season’s rewards will be disabled for 30 minutes after the season is changed to ensure that the ranking compilation can be completed before rankings and rewards are distributed.
      • [Claim Previous Seasonal Ranking Rewards] and [View Previous Seasonal Ranking] buttons will be deactivated during the reset time, and re-activated when you open commerce UI after the previous season's ranking is compiled.

  • News flash! Berched was found occasionally taking more than 10x Spirit Liqueurs during the quests Berched's Spirit-ed Insights and Traces of an Ancient Spirit. Dorren was dispatched to give him a stern talking-to. Though the problem has been rectified, we have not learned what he was using the excess for.
  • Flashing Steel will no longer interrupt spells charged via Elemental Knight's parallel casting. 
  • Improved the display of Quest Scroll UIs when layered on top of other UIs. 
  • Corrected situations where a warning message would show when not necessary while performing Quick Select for Equipment Disassembly.
  • Fixed a rare issue that could cause the Dungeon Re-entry window to not display. 
  • Fixed an issue where some boss fights could not be completed or retried if the Party Leader crashed or disconnected while the boss cutscene was playing. 
  • Commerce-minded Milletians will no longer be spontaneously unable to move when trading with Trade Helpers when aboard Commerce Alpaca Wagons. Distracted by their sheer fluffiness, perhaps?
  • Obtained Alchemic Power Potions will now properly sort into bags tagged with the Potion tag.
  • You can no longer preview Fixed Color Hair Dye Ampoules while transformed.
Bugs fixed during the February 5th Maintenance
  • Fixed the issue preventing Milletians from being able to gather Fresh Grass, Fine Wool, and Four-leaf Clovers. 
  • Sheeptuplet Pets will again receive a Huge Lucky Bonus on their first gather of the day.
    • However, they will no longer have Cotton Candy embedded in their wool.


[h2]Known Bugs[/h2]
  • The Mysterious Packages for Elly’s Mysterious Shop added in February do not have the “Mysterious” name added on their item names. How mysterious! They will still give the proper items. 
  • The Grocery Store Part-Time Job for Glenis to deliver Milk is not properly counting quantities. You can make sure you get the proper reward by unequipping the Milk Bottle from your hand before turning in the items, but the quest will still display incorrectly. 
  • There are currently issues causing the Blacklist to not work as expected for some players.
  • Under periodic conditions, Milletians will be temporarily unable to duel other Milletians.
