Regarding the Recent Server Downtime and Restart Issues

Dear Milletians,
First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience the recent server issues have caused. We truly appreciate all players’ patience and understanding as we worked to resolve this matter.
Following our scheduled maintenance on March 12th, we experienced ongoing service instability that required intermittent downtime. Since then, our team has been focused on addressing the situation to support overall service stability and will continue to closely monitor the servers to maintain a stable experience for all players.
As previously mentioned, if you noticed any unforeseen account issues following these emergency maintenances, please submit a Player Support Ticket with as many details as possible. We truly appreciate the support and patience you've shown us through Discord and other platforms as we looked into this. Thank you for your understanding.
We also aware of reports regarding unusual in-game messaging and instances of impersonation. We've received reports of Nexon Staff sending Private Messages in-game to players. As a reminder, GMs and Staff Members will never ask for your log-in information or direct you to external links. If you receive a suspicious message from someone that claims to be a Nexon staff member, please notify Player Support.
Because these issues impacted your time in Erinn, we will be providing various buffs and goodies in the near future! Starting after the March 26th, 2026 maintenance, and until April 9th, 2026, the following buff events will be active:

Additionally, we will be providing a compensation care package via a Hotday Event starting on April 2nd, 2026 until April 30th, 2026. Details of the package will be provided by March 31st.
Finally, we understand that many of you have been worried about the status of ongoing events. To ensure active Milletians have enough time to acquire the rewards from the following events, the following changes have been made to the listed events:
- Pan’s Check-in Attendance - We will be extending the event for 2 weeks, lasting until May 7th, 2026. The Event UI will be corrected with our April Update.
- Erinn Adventure Pass - You will now earn 2x Erinn Adventure Pass EXP every day (not just Weekends) until April 9th, allowing you to quickly catch up for any days you might have missed.
