Dungeon Guide System - Patch Notes - November 12th, 2020

[h2]The following Events, Sales, and Promotions are running:[/h2]


[h2]Dungeon Guide System:[/h2]
  • The Dungeon Guide System update is now live! Easily see which dungeons you've cleared or find new dungeons to explore with the new Dungeon Guide UI. You can also earn a ton of rewards and buy items from a brand new shop.
    • You can check out the full details of the Dungeon Guide System update in the guide!
    • You can access the Dungeon Guide UI by clicking on the Info tab, and selecting Dungeon Guide.
    • Each dungeon and mission listed on the Dungeon Guide UI will show information about that dungeon/mission. It will also show some of the main rewards of that dungeon/mission, as well as the guaranteed repeated dungeon clear rewards.
    • Clearing dungeons or missions multiple times will have guaranteed rewards. You can obtain these rewards in the Dungeon Guide UI.
    • Each dungeon or mission can only be repeated 10 times per account per real life day. The repeat timer resets at 12 AM server time.
    • The Dungeon Guide UI will also show recommended dungeons based on your physical or magical damage output.
    • Completing certain dungeons will yield you Support Boxes that will aid your character in getting stronger.
    • There is a new shop that you can access via Eavan in Dunbarton.
    • To purchase items in this shop, you will need Vouchers.
    • Vouchers can be obtained by registering a main character at Eavan and completing dungeons/missions.
    • You are able to change your registered character once per day after registering.
    • There are 4 different types of Vouchers that you can obtain in different dungeons and missions.


[h2]Permanent Changes:[/h2]

[h3]Dungeon Changes[/h3]
  • The 8-Player Dungeon event will be turned on permanently with the Dungeon Guide update.
  • You are now able to enter any of the following dungeons with 8 players on any difficulty:
    • Alby
    • Ciar
    • Rabbie
    • Math
    • Fiodh
    • Barri
    • Coill
    • Rundal
    • Peaca


[h3]Chapter 7: Apocalypse Changes[/h3]
  • The required level to start Chapter 7: Apocalypse has been reduced from level 5,000 to level 3,000.
  • All enemy stats and skill ranks have been nerfed.


[h3]G22: Apocalypse Changes[/h3]
  • The following changes have been made to the G22 mission, "Chance and Destiny":
    • In the last phase of the mission, the amount of time that you need to survive the wave of enemies is now displayed on screen.
    • The mission will not fail if the player is knocked out. You are able to revive and continue the mission.
  • The following changes have been made to the G22 mission, "Wheel of Misfortune":
    • During the last phase of the mission, the target submerges into the water, but does not move too far.
    • An issue where Dorcha Snatch was not counted as a hit to the target has been fixed.
    • When using certain Chain Blades skills that cannot hit the target, a message containing instructions will appear.
  • The following change has been made to the G22 mission, "Holy Barrier":
    • Picking an incorrect answer will no longer cause the mission to fail.
  • The following changes have been made to the G22 quests, "In Search of Clues 1-7" and "Collect Clues 1-4":
    • The amount of glowing spots that you needs to find during "In Search of Clues 1" and "Collect Clues 1" has been reduced.
    • The instruction text that guides you throughout "In Search of Clues 1" and "Collect Clues 1" has been improved.
    • Directional markings have been added to lead you to the destination in the quests "In Search of Clues 2" and "Collect Clues 2".
    • A location marker has been added to the NPC that needs to be found in the quest "In Search of Clues 3".
    • The mission guide dialogue has been improved in the quest "In Search of Clues 3".
    • The cooking difficulty for the quest "In Search of Clues 5" has been drastically reduced.
  • The following change has been made to the G22 quests, "Seven Eyelids", "Phantoms Among the Snow", "A Memory of Emain Macha", "Seeking the Last Symbols", and "A Missing Memory":
    • If you type in an incorrect answer, a more obvious hint will be given to you.
  • The following change has been made to the G22 quest, "The Broken Prison Gate":
    • You are now able to proceed with the quest, even if you do not have the skill, Life Drain.
  • The following change has been made to the G22 quest, "Seeking the Last Symbols":
    • The instruction text that appears during the quest has been improved.
  • The following change has been made to the G22 mission, "Executive Discretion":
    • The amount of time you need to survive the wave of enemies will now be displayed on screen.
  • The following change has been made to the G22 mission, "Castling":
    • A message to better understand the mission progress has been added.
  • The following changes have been made to the G22 mission, "A False Promise":
    • The damaging field left by Salamanders and the damage from the Salamanders has been reduced.
    • The duration of the summoned Fire Pillars and the damaging fields that appear have been reduced.
    • The overall damage from the boss enemy has been reduced.


[h3]G23: Tempest Changes[/h3]
  • The following changes have been made to the G23 quest, "Winter Festival":
    • The hints provided for the Quiz Contest will be more direct.
    • You are now able to skip the sliding Picture Puzzle mini-game.
  • The following change has been made to the G23 quest, "Preparing for the Plague":
    • The number of quest items needed to proceed with the quest has been reduced from 5 of each item, to 1 of each item.
  • The following changes have been made to the G23 quest, "Scattered by the Winds":
    • If you lose the Topaz Arrow that Hagel gives you to enter the dungeon, you can request another one from him.
    • No matter which Topaz Arrow you use to enter the dungeon (either the one given before the update or the one given after the update), the quest item, a Fresh Water Bottle, will now be given 100% of the time.
  • The following change has been made to the G23 quest, "Scattered Omens":
    • If you type in an incorrect answer, a more obvious hint will be given to you.
  • The following changes have been made to the G23 quest, "Jarlath's Trail":
    • The required quest item can now be obtained 4 at a time.
    • The drop chance of the quest item is now set to 100%, regardless of the difficulty of the Shadow Mission.
  • The following change has been made to the G23 quest, "Rain and Fire:"
    • Enemy stats in the quest mission have been nerfed.
  • The following change has been made to the G23 quest, "Eye Spy":
    • You can now locate the target on the mini-map.
  • The following changes have been made to the G23 quest, "New Path in an Old Land":
    • The number of sketches that need to be checked has been lowered.
    • You can now locate all of the targets needed on the mini-map.
  • The following changes have been made to the G23 mission, "Nightmare's Embrace":
    • Enemy stats in the mission have been nerfed.
    • The chance of the enemy using Thunder has been drastically decreased.
    • You are now able to revive in the mission using Nao Stones.
  • The following change has been made to the G23 quest, "Generations":
    • The drop chance of the quest item is now set to 100%.
  • The following change has been made to the G23 quest, "On the Brink":
    • The warp device's recovery rate has been increased by 1.5x.
  • The following changes have been made to the G23 mission, "Who Rules the Sea":
    • Some skill damage from enemies has been nerfed.
    • The amount of summoned enemies that you need to defeat has been decreased.
    • The amount of summoned enemies appearing at the same time has been decreased.
    • The chance of an enemy using Thunder has been drastically decreased.
  • The following changes have been made to the G23 mission, "Failed Hypothesis":
    • While possessed by the enemy, the debuff effect has been decreased.
    • When the enemy is enraged, the attack damage increase rate has been nerfed.
    • The damage needed to cancel the enraged effect has been decreased.


[h3]G24: Ascension Changes[/h3]
  • The following changes have been made to the G24 mission, "Blue and White":
    • The mission will no longer fail if you are knocked out. You are able to revive and continue the mission.
    • The skill damage of the enemy has been nerfed.
  • The following change has been made to the G24 mission, "The Secret in the Swamp":
    • The number of summoned enemies has been decreased.
  • The following changes have been made to the G24 mission, "Deep Sea Clues":
    • You no longer need to play the sliding puzzle mini-game.
    • The number of summoned enemies has been decreased.
  • The following changes have been made to the G24 mission, "Undertow":
    • The number of summoned enemies has been decreased.
    • The mission will no longer fail if you are knocked out. You are able to revive and continue the mission.
  • The following changes have been made to the G24 mission, "Gaze of the Blood Moon":
    • You are now able to clear Phase 2 of the mission when the enemy's HP drops below 50%.
    • The damaging field and the damage the enemy can deal have been decreased.
    • The duration of the Fire Pillar and the damaging field have been decreased.
  • The following changes have been made to the G24 mission, "A Lonely Obsession":
    • The skill damage of the enemy has been decreased.
    • The close combat damage of the enemy has been decreased.
    • The number and range of the bombs dropped by the enemy has been decreased.
    • You will no longer get knocked out when hit by a bomb.
    • The number of summoned orbs has been decreased.
    • The time limit that you have to defeat the summoned orbs has been increased.
  • The following changes have been made to the G24 mission, "Lullaby of the Abyss":
    • The skill damage of the enemy has been decreased.
    • The duration of the bleed effect from the enemy has been decreased.
  • The following change has been made to the G24 mission, "At the End of the Road":
    • Since the enemies have been nerfed, the RP character has also been nerfed.
  • The following changes have been made to the G24 quest, "Moonlight of Death":
    • The amount of HP the enemy has, based on the number of party members you bring into the mission, has been decreased.
    • The skill damage of the enemy has been decreased.
    • You will no longer get stunned or knocked out when attacked by the enemy.


[h3]Technique Changes[/h3]
  • The cooldown time of the Techniques, Iron Will, Relentless Assault, and Exploit Weakness, has been changed to 10 minutes.
  • The cooldown time of the Technique, Time Shift, has been changed to 15 minutes.


[h3]Tory Ravine Changes[/h3]
  • Poison Alligator, Doubcha Saturos, and Doubcha Floating Stone will no longer attack on sight.
  • You will no longer be invincible when talking to a G24 NPC.



[h3]The following bug fixes and changes have been made to the game:[/h3]
  • Fixed an issue where a disconnection error would ask players to reset their secondary password.
  • Fixed an issue where cash items purchased with NX Credit required you to try and claim the items twice before it moves into your inventory.
  • Fixed an issue with skill training EXP potions having the same name as EXP potions. Skill training EXP potions will name have "Skill" in the name.
  • Fixed an issue with Shamala's Transformation Medal item tooltip displaying the incorrect name for Caravan Joe. The name has been changed to Halloween Caravan Joe.
  • Fixed an issue with promotional crossover items appearing with random color when previewing in the Dressing Room.
  • Fixed an issue where multiple items were previously not listable in the Auction House.

The following are known bugs:[/h3]
  • The thread effects for the Puppetry and Gunslinger skills do not appear properly.
  • The Large Ladle weapon will display as the same item color as the equipped item in the other hand.
  • Incorrect Onlooking Guard Spirit spawns in the third room of the Dynamic Lands dungeon.
  • Slight effects issues with White-Crested Sage's Eyes, Sage's Eye, Forlorn Eyes (Teary-Eyed), Awakened Eyes (Frenzied Red), and Eyes of Madness (Explosive Blue).
  • Minor graphical issues with Soldier's Combat Raincoat.
  • There is a known issue where characters can no longer "queue" gathering actions.
  • The Lucky Beast Doll Bag and Far Darrig Doll Bag's +10 Luck effects don't stack with each other.
  • Using the Golden Supplement can sometimes cause a pet to receive negative EXP on the pet's EXP bar.
  • There are minor graphical issues when holding any of the 4 lantern weapons.
  • There are minor graphical issues when wearing the Autumnal Outfits:
    • If you are a female Giant, there is a slight clipping of the hands during the special outfit animation.
    • If you are a female character, there is clipping of the wrist texture when wearing the Autumnal gloves.
    • If you are a female character, the Autumnal outfit will clip at the bottom when holding a Cup o' Joe.
    • If you are a male Human or Elf, sitting in a chair while wearing the Autumnal outfit will cause the chair to sink lower than with other outfits.
    • If you are a male character, the Autumnal outfit animation will have a slight blinking issue near the bottom pockets.
    • If you are a male character, there will be a slight cutoff of the hair texture when you wear a wig with the outfit.
    • If a character is equipped with an umbrella item and uses the Jump action, the character's mouth with display as a smile until you change channels or log out.
  • There is an issue where you cannot Friend Summon using Fynn Pets. It will show the error, "Unavailable because the owner has opened a Personal Shop".
  • There is an issue where you are unable to enter the Forgotten Tomb because it will say you are already in a Shadow Mission.
