[h2]Summer Master Plan Details[/h2]

• During the event, you will receive the quest, [Guide] Summer Master Plan VIP Event.
• Find Agent Poe near the Town Office in Dunbarton.
• Register a main character with Agent Poe.
• You will receive the following rewards after completing [Guide] Summer Master Plan Event:
  • 21,000 EXP
  • 100 VIP Coins
• The event rests daily at 7:00 AM PDT.
• All hotday rewards are limited to once per account.
• All characters can enjoy the weekly and weekend buffs.
• Only the main character can receive the 50 levels of EXP upon rebirthing.
• Only the main character can participate in the VIP Event.

• During the weekends, the following buffs will be active:

    • Works the same as the All Skill Training EXP x2 event, but only for Dan Advancement Skills

• Throughout the entire event period, the following buffs will be active:

[h2]VIP Details[/h2]

• You will receive the item, VIP Notebook, which will contain detailed information about the Master Plan VIP event.
• You will also receive the daily quest, [Event] Summer Master Plan Daily Challenge.
• This quest will help you keep track of how many VIP Coins you've obtained, up to 300 per day.
  • You can only get 300 VIP Coins per day.
• VIP Coins can be obtained with the VIP Coin Exchange Coupons.
  • VIP Coin Exchange Coupons can be used for a chance to obtain 10-20 VIP Coins.
• There are different ways to obtain VIP Coin Exchange Coupons:
  • Leveling Up
    • Obtain 1 coupon every time you level up
    • Obtain 1 coupon every time you level up Exploration
    • Obtain 1 coupon every time you rank up a skill
  • Hunting
    • Chance to obtain 1 coupon upon defeating a monster, based on the monster rank
    • Obtain 1 coupon from the dungeon end chest upon clearing an Uladh Dungeon
    • Obtain 1 coupon from the dungeon end chest upon clearing an Iria Ruins Dungeon
    • Obtain 1 coupon from the dungeon end chest upon clearing a Shadow Mission

• Use 30 Coins to obtain a reward from the VIP Prize Raffle.
• You can participate in the VIP Raffle every 2 weeks. 
• The Raffle prizes change every 2 weeks.
• There are 4 tiers of ranking available; Regular, Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
• Speak to Agent Poe with a VIP Rank Upgrade Coupon in your inventory to rank up to the next VIP Rank.
• Each rank tier has different prizes in the VIP Prize Raffle.
• Once you receive a reward after using 30 VIP Coins, the reward is taken out of the raffle.
• Unlock all of the raffle prizes to obtain the VIP Rank Upgrade Coupon to reach higher VIP tiers.

• You will receive the title, Regular VIP, that can be used throughout the event period.
• The title will upgrade each time your VIP Rank increases.
• The title will be removed once the Summer Master Plan event is over.

• Remember that the shop expands depending on your VIP Rank.
• After Week 7-8, a VIP Rank Upgrade Coupon can be purchased for 1,000 VIP Coins.

[h2]Celtic Weapon Rental and Pet Rental[/h2]

• During the event you will receive the quest [Guide] Agent W's Summons.
• Talk to Agent W at the Dunbarton Town Office to register a main character.
• The character cannot be a novice talent character or a pet.
• After talking to Agent W you will receive:
  • 20,000 EXP
• You can rent a pre-enchanted and pre-reforged (Rank 1) Celtic weapon of your preferred talent from Agent W.
• The rental is free; however, you can only rent one weapon at a time.
• Talk to Agent W to return your current rental then select a different Celtic weapon to rent.
• The weapon that you rent will have reduced durability.
• Rental weapons can only be used during the event period.
• You can also rent a Level 200 Bone Dragon (90 days).
• You can only rent one Bone Dragon per account.
• The rental pet does not have an inventory and it can be summoned for 90 days.
• The rental pet can only be used during the event period.

[h2]A Dangerous Request[/h2]

• During the event, you will receive the quest, [Guide] Summer Master Plan Dangerous Request.
  • You will only receive this quest if you are cumulative level 10,000+.
• Talk to Agent Jan near the Dunbarton Town Square.
• Register a main character with Agent Jan.
• You will receive the following rewards after completing [Guide] Summer Master Plan Dangerous Request:
  • 21,000 EXP
  • Dangerous Request Seal x5
• Once registered, you will receive the weekly quest, [Event] Summer Master Plan Weekly Request.
• This quest will help you keep track of how many Dangerous Request Seals you've obtained, up to 10 per week.
• To obtain Dangerous Request Seals, complete Geata Missions and Apostle Raids.
  • Geata Missions- Tech Duinn, Mag Mell
• Once you complete a mission or raid, you will receive a Dangerous Request Report.
• Use the Dangerous Request Report to obtain a Dangerous Request Seal, up to 10 per week.
