Producer's Letter: Regarding the Windows Server Maintenance

Dear Milletians,

We would like to sincerely apologize for the extended downtime with today's maintenance. To briefly explain, today's windows server maintenance required several different processes that are not commonly utilized during regular maintenances.

We encountered unexpected behavior after updating the servers from an older version to a much newer one. We are committed to bringing you a quality experience, and we wanted to make sure that there'd be no follow up maintenance. The server maintenance is now complete, and no further issues should arise. However, we will be monitoring the servers closely to ensure their stability.

We will be hosting a few buff events throughout this weekend for you to enjoy. Additionally, we will be sending 2x Magical Attendance Pass to all Milletians in a future maintenance so that your event progress is covered!
