The following Events, Sales, and Promotions are running: Glenn Bearna: The Midwinter Fissure Update:
  • A new dungeon, Glenn Bearna, and a new area, Sliab Mis, have been added. You can reach the area through Sidhe Sneachta.
  • Scenario quests related to the new areas will be added.
  • You can meet the new NPC Loiscneach, the mountainkeeper, during the Glenn Bearna scenario quest.
  • Several enhancement changes have been introduced for Erg, Echostones, Arcana, and more.

Update Regarding Recent Lag

We have been working hard to fix the various lag issues that have been occurring of late. Though we reduced the heaviness of the lag a few weeks back, we wanted to improve things further. There are still a few reports we've seen that we will continue to look into, but we feel that the game is in a much better state than when this all began.

In the future we will need to further update the affected areas which could cause some return of the lag. We will communicate this with you when the time comes, and do our best to avoid and mitigate any issues.

We apologize for the impacted gameplay, and thank you for your patience as we determined the root causes.

The following changes have been made to the game:
  • Upgrade Reversion Kit can now be crafted using the Handicraft skill or purchased from the Item Shop.
  • Print Casual Wear can no longer be upgraded.
    • The upgrade options of already upgraded items will be kept but cannot be further upgraded.
  • Color has been added to the sword appearance in the animation of the Special Imperial Knight Uniform.
  • As a material item with the name "Shining Crystal Shard" already exists, the "Shining Crystal Shard" that can be obtained from Glenn Bearna will be renamed to "Frostwork Crystal Shard" in a future patch.
The following bug fixes have been made to the game:
  • Fixed a rare issue that loading the skill UI could cause a client crash.
  • Fixed an issue where the charge count appeared abnormally when parallel-casting Elemental Knight skills.
  • Fixed an issue where the remaining time for Final Strike appeared abnormally when parallel-casting while using Final Strike. 
  • Fixed a rare issue where you could not finish casting Meteor Strike when you are attacked while parallel-casting. 
  • Fixed the issue where you could defend the skills which should not be defendable by Dauntless Defense.

    • Succubus Queen's Butterfly Kiss
    • Merrow’s Waterspout
    • Roaring skills of dragons and Neid
  • Fixed the issue where Elemental Attunement was applied when using Thunder skill.
  • Fixed missing plus marks on the announcement text when summoning (or unsummoning) a doll bag.
  • Removed an incorrect mention of Royal Complete Skill EXP Potion (1 Day) being listed as part of the Snowy Scout's Warm Up Gold Shop.
  • Fixed an issue causing the Fantastic Chorus Enhancement effect to not further boost the reduction to enemy stats. All other portions of the effect are working as intended.
  • An issue where the Alban Eiler Season 2 Challenger box and title were granted when retrieving the previous season's rewards has been identified. Characters who obtained the Alban Eiler Season 2 Challenger box and title have had these items replaced with the correct Imbolic Season 2 Challenger Box and Imbolic Season Challenger title automatically during the July 13th maintenance.
  • Found and fixed many typos through the game, this time mostly around G22, G23, Techniques/Briogh, and Arcana quests.
    • Thank you players for continuing to report these!
The following are known bugs:
  • Guilds are not appearing in the Guild List.
  • There is an issue where one-time/limited items cannot be purchased from the in-game shop, but can be on the web shop.
  • Shop items with expiration times start counting down upon the player logging in or changing channels, rather than having their countdown start when the item is purchased.
  • Several items containing ampersands in their name and description aren't showing the & symbol.
  • In rare circumstances when rapidly casting Arrow Revolver, players will become unable to move or attack until receiving an attack or relogging.
  • The Journal images for Glenn Bearna display the dungeon name as "Glenn Berna".
