Producer's Letter: Regarding the Recent Lag Issues

Dear Milletians,

As we shared during the April 6th maintenance, the servers were updated from an older version to a much newer version. Although the deployment issue was resolved with our extended maintenance, we began observing login delays and lag issues. To resolve these issues in the short term, we opted to run an unscheduled maintenance in the middle of the week to restart the servers as we continued to investigate the cause.

After various investigations, we decided to revert the login server to the previous version during the April 24th maintenance. While this resolved the login delay/lag issue, the in-game lag, including skill usage and pet summoning delays, continued to occur. As such, our teams have continued to investigate, and during the May 4th maintenance, we made another server change to help address the in-game lag issue we were seeing. We will be working with the development team and performing additional tests to identify and resolve the root cause so that future server changes can be applied smoothly.

We truly appreciate the support and patience you've shown us through Discord and other platforms as we looked into this. Thank you for understanding!
