- Repair Kit now repairs 6000 durability. (Was 1000)
- Repair Kit cost increased to 3000. (Was 1000)
- Repair Kit now has a slightly lower drop rate compared to the other repair items.
- Air Duster now repairs 750 durability. (Was 150)
- BeGone now repairs 500 durability. (Was 100)
- Bleach now repairs 350 durability. (Was 70)
- Cotton Swab now repairs 80 durability. (Was 40)
- Dish Soap now repairs 400 durability. (Was 80)
- Microfiber Dish Cloth now repairs 375 durability. (Was 75)
- Svinto now repairs 450 durability. (Was 90)
- Toilet paper now repairs 375 durability. (Was 75)
- Wet Wipes now repairs 750 durability. (Was 150)
- Health Potion now heals 90 hitpoints. (Was 100)
- Green Tea Gum is now fixed to do 120% extra melee damage. (Was 1.2 extra damage)
- Reduced the game size on disk by ~200MB.
- Fixed a soft lock when using the amulet during a level transition.
- Fixed and added more gyro options for Steam Deck.
- Fixed the infamous Sulf Cap vs Sulfur Cap quest mixup. If you currently have the “5 x Sulfur Cap” quest from Stiffleg, it will be cleared and replaced with a new quest on the next startup.
- Charisma affects prices again. (Only affects vendors away from the church.)
- Discounts at vendors are now shown next to the price of an item.
- Turned off price rounding. A lot of prices might be slightly different (very slightly).
- Fixed an issue where Scroll of Corpse Explosion wouldn’t hit enemies on explosion.
- Fixed an issue where Scroll of Chaos Strike would make the player fly when using it in water.
- Fixed an issue where enemies could become invulnerable when using Scroll of Voodoo.
- Fixed so that you don’t get a net increase of health when receiving punishment damage while invulnerable.
- Fixed creepy crying sounds not stopping after exiting a certain basement.
- Removed the extra durability cost from Scroll of Corpse Explosion.
- Added a hurt sound when the player is drowning.
- Added Insurance as a purchasable item from Stiffleg.
- Peanut butter can now be made by combining peanuts and butter, as well as fatberg chunks.
- Instant Defibrillator now gives 2 seconds of invulnerability when triggered.
- Chaos Strike dark damage is now divided by the number of bullets fired.
- Kevin now presents 20 random oils instead of 12.
- Buffed Scroll of Petrification to a 10% proc chance.
- Blood droplets use a new system which should be much more performant.
- Blood puddles are now more performant.
- Ice puddles should never instantly kill you.
- Some enemies that are charmed by the player will no longer attack the player.
- Charmed enemies are now counted as “Dead” to progress to the next wave.
- Fixed an issue where the game would break (enemies, weapons, etc. would no longer work).
- Fixed an issue where Novanian Guard’s Helmet would not disappear when it breaks.
- Infinite Ammo card now lasts 3 waves instead of a full stage.
- Indestructible card now lasts 3 waves instead of a full stage.
- Max Health card is now +10. (Was 25)
- Enemies double their damage dealt every 20 stages.
- Fixed an issue where Beck 8 wouldn’t play its animation on the last bullet in the mag.
- M3 Termite damage multiplier increased by 10%.
- M3 Termite fluctuation RPM fixed.
- Wingman ammo counter fixed.
- Fixed an issue where Augusta couldn’t reload when having “Chance to consume extra ammo” oils on.
- Fixed an issue where Hell 'N' Back couldn’t reload when having “Chance to consume extra ammo” oils on.
- Fixed an issue where Star & Witness couldn’t reload when having “Chance to consume extra ammo” oils on.
- Fixed an issue where Longboy could get stuck in its reload animation.
- Scopes will now render when fog is set to full black (ex: Lucia’s darkness phase).
- M3 Termite full-auto fire should now be smoother.
- A lot of scopes have had their mounts fixed. Too many to list.

- Fire particles on enemies will now appear/disappear as they should.
- Fire and poison will now deal 10% more DPS when stacked to the maximum value, and tick faster.
- Removed Christmas-themed explodable side rooms and events from the generation pool (see you again next year!).
- Moved a chest in Caves to prevent overlapping with certain events.
- Fixed missing ground under a water stream in Caves.
- Fixed an issue with a certain death trigger overlapping into other rooms in Caves.
- Fixed some z-fighting occurring underwater in Caves.
- Fixed missing ceilings in Caves.
- Fixed some z-fighting in Town.
- Fixed several areas where players could become stuck on geometry across the game.
- Fixed invisible walls occurring in Town, blocking the player from advancing.
- Re-added the death pits that were accidentally filled in previously in some Forest levels.
