Fixed an issue where verification for relocating a territory or placing a House Blueprint sometimes took too long.[/p][p]3. Fixed an issue where animals other than Buffalo had a chance of having the Frostfall Meat trait.[/p][p]4. Fixed an issue where changing the Visional phase on custom servers led to Visional Wheel problems.[/p][p]5. Fixed an issue where, after conversion to a permanent server, incorrect territory distance calculations led to overlaps.[/p][p]6. Fixed an issue where some Memetic Specialization effects did not apply when crafting Creative Cooking recipes in bulk.[/p][p]7. Fixed an issue where the Beastmaster's animal was not correctly recalled upon entering a vehicle.[/p][p]8. Fixed an issue where, after a permanent server closed and Worlds were merged, some servers would still display a merger countdown timer.[/p][p]9. Fixed an issue where some facilities would fail to initialize.[/p][p]RaidZone[/p][p]We've detected an issue where the game may crash when you black out. As a temporary measure, we've disabled the monochrome effect on the blackout screen and the outline effect on enemies. The Blood Moon returns! Visional Wheel S2: Lunar Revelry coming soon!

[p]Dear Metas,[/p][p]As Starfall Inversion nears its end, the Visional Wheel turns once more. A crimson moon will rise again, bringing its strange and dangerous power to Nalcott! Metas, are you ready?[/p][p]Here are the details for the new Visional Wheel:[/p][p]Visional Wheel: Lunar Revelry[/p][p]A crimson moon rises, enshrouding all realms in its light. A doom forever yet to come will descend once again. The Blood Moon will manipulate Nalcott for its amusement, provoking conflict among humans with tempting treasures. Only by defeating its avatar, the Lord of Moonlight, will you earn the ultimate reward.[/p][p][/p][p]Duration:[/p][p]Starts after the September 24(PT) update[/p][p]Ending time TBC[/p][p]Affected scenarios:[/p][p]Manibus (excluding novice), Evolution's Call, Prismverse's Clash, The Way of Winter, Endless Dream[/p][p][/p]
Upgraded Blood Moon Gameplay
[p][/p]
Survival Environment
[p]Every day from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (30 minutes in real time, double that of S0: Lunar Oracle), as day turns to night, the Blood Moon will rise over Nalcott. During this time, Deviants will grow stronger, and Metas will be infected with Lunacy, diminishing their Sanity.[/p][p][/p]
Lord of Moonlight
[p]The Lord of Moonlight is the avatar of the Blood Moon itself. Its appearance is ever-changing, and it is far more powerful than the Lunarspawn upon whom it bestows life and madness. It has descended upon Nalcott to instigate conflict for its own pleasure and entertainment.[/p][p][/p][p]Rules:[/p][p]·       During a Blood Moon, you will be subject to the moon's gaze. When the gaze's intensity reaches a certain level, the Lord of Moonlight will take on your appearance and summon Lunarspawn to protect itself.[/p][p]·       On the verge of death, the Lord of Moonlight will use an Adrenaline Shot and summon clones to assist it in battle.[/p][p]·       In some cases, the Lord of Moonlight may even transform into a powerful Morphed Lord of Moonlight, which yields even better rewards when defeated.[/p][p]·       When the Lord of Moonlight defeats a Meta, it will level up and grow stronger, while also taking  Metas’ Lunar Whispers. The Meta who defeats the Lord of Moonlight will acquire all the Lunar Whispers it has accumulated.[/p][p]·       In Endless Dream, the Lord of Moonlight is unaffected by Dream Zones, keeping its difficulty in line with other scenarios.[/p][p][/p]
Omen of Affliction Event
[p]To pass the Blood Moon's trial, you must unite and work together to defeat the Lord of Moonlight and seize its treasure. Metas are organized into sectors to assist one another. Tonight, under the moon, let the show begin![/p][p][/p][p]*This image is a preview; the final effect is subject to the in-game display.[/p][p][/p][p]Rules:[/p][p]·       The Blood Moon will divide Nalcott into sectors. Metas in each sector must band together to defeat the Lord of Moonlight. If you defeat the Lord of Moonlight within the event period, you will gain Lunar Essence, which you can submit to earn an equal number of sector points.[/p][p]·       To encourage participation and challenge their teamwork, there will be seven rounds of 1v1 trial matches between sectors. When submitting Lunar Essence, you can vote for a Lunar Omen to inflict the opposing sector. This will affect the abilities of their Lord of Moonlight. There are six Lunar Omens in total. The more Lunar Essence your sector submits, the stronger the omen's effects. The three Lunar Omens with the most votes will take effect in the opposing sector, creating different levels of difficulty.[/p][p]·       Each round of matches lasts one week. The sector that earns the most sector points during this time will earn 1 victory point. Unite to resist the Blood Moon and receive the ultimate glory![/p][p]* As the Lord of Moonlight is a formidable opponent, sectors will be divided by time zone (region) to make it easier for you to challenge it together. You can check your sector on the event screen.[/p][p][/p]
Lunatic Medley Event
[p]Collect Lunar Whispers to unlock awesome rewards, including new weapon skins, and collectibles. Lunar Whispers can be obtained through combat, stronghold exploration, and gathering during a Blood Moon.[/p][p]You can also use Lunar Whispers to redeem rewards from past Visional Wheels at the Shop.[/p]

[p]*This image is a preview; the final effect is subject to the in-game display.[/p][p][/p]
Combat Updates
[p]Lunar Revelry will also introduce new weapons and mod suffixes, as well as some Cradle adjustments.[/p]
New Weapons
[p][/p][p]- SKS - Pathfinder: Chance to trigger Frost Vortex on hit. Chance to generate Deviant Particles on hit. When charged, fires an ice spike.[/p]

[p]- P90 - Holographic Resonance: Chance to trigger The Bull's Eye on hit. Deals AoE DMG after a certain number of hits.[/p]

Mods
[p]1. Added the Lunar Revelry exclusive mod suffix: Crescent.[/p][p]Applicable mods: Gloves and Helmet[/p][p]2. Adjusted the effects of the Rejuvenating and Against All Odds mods.[/p][p]Cradle: Some Cradle effects will be adjusted to fit the new Visional Wheel season.[/p][p]Detailed information on these combat updates and adjustments will come in a future Dev Blog.[/p][p]Lunar mods from S0: Lunar Oracle will also make their return. Together with Crescent mods, they'll be included in a mod selection crate for you to choose.[/p][p][/p]
Oracle Crate
[p]Participate in Blood Moon game modes to acquire special items, recipes, formulas, Lunar and Crescent mod selection crates, Lunar animals, and Morphed Deviations.[/p][p]NOTE:[/p][p]Explore strongholds and defeat Lunarspawn to open Oracle Crates, which may contain these returning Blood Moon Morphed Deviations: Lonewolf's Whisper, Festering Gel, Snowsprite, By-the-Wind, Zeno-Purifier, and Pyro Dino.[/p][p]Take part in the Lord of Moonlight game mode to open Oracle Crates, which may contain three new Blood Moon Deviations: Electric Eel, Atomic Snail, and ZapCam.[/p]

[p][/p]
Rules Carried Over from S0 Blood Moon
Basic Blood Moon Rules
[p]Lunacy[/p][p]·       Lunacy causes you to steadily lose Sanity, down to a minimum of 20%, when outside your territory. Defeat enemies to recover your Sanity.[/p][p]·       During a Blood Moon, you can earn Lunar Whispers by defeating enemies and participating in various game modes. When you have Lunacy, the lower your HP, the more Lunar Whispers you will obtain. Lunar Whispers are time-limited and expire after 24 hours.[/p][p]·       If you black out, you will recover from Lunacy and lose a certain quantity of Lunar Whispers.[/p][p]·       When infected with Lunacy, you can see hidden Oracle Crates in settlements and more deviated plants in the wilderness. However, gathering resources in the wilderness may trigger Deviant attacks.[/p][p]Wilderness Changes[/p][p]·       Deviants in the wilderness will go berserk, growing more aggressive and dealing increased damage. Unique Blood Moon enemies will also appear in settlements to hunt Metas.[/p][p]·       Hidden Oracle Crates will appear in settlements, requiring a certain number of Lunar Whispers to open.[/p][p][/p]
Returning Survival Items
[p]Survival items from Lunar Oracle will make their return, including Lunacy Stimulant, Lunacy Suppressant, and the Unusual Braised Meat and Roulette Dumplings recipes.[/p][p][/p]
Schedule for Other Scenarios
[p]1. After this update, servers with the Visional Wheel tag will automatically change to Lunar Revelry.[/p][p]2. All Starfall Inversion phenomena will stop completely, and special items will no longer drop.[/p][p]3. Starfall Inversion is unavailable for new scenarios in early access.[/p][p]Thanks for your support! If you have any suggestions or feedback on the above content, feel free to share them with us through the Co-Dev Feedback Platform or our community channels.[/p][p][/p][p]Once Human Development Team[/p]
