To maintain a fair and positive gaming environment in Once Human, our team is committed to combating the use of cheats and the malicious exploitation of bugs. We have implemented several measures to address these issues:



We conduct 24/7 monitoring to detect any abnormal activities within the game and actively respond to player reports.

Violators will face severe penalties, including account suspension and permanent bans, to ensure game fairness.



We place great emphasis on fixing bugs and enhancing gaming safety. Malicious exploitation of bugs will not be tolerated.



You can report cheating or other violations you encounter via our official Discord community. Visit https://discord.gg/oncehuman and join our Discord server, then file the report using the Anti-cheat Bot.




You can also report in-game by pressing ESC → Report.

Working out exactly what the backpack number means in Once Human might take you a little while.
