[p]PATCH v0.9.7.2[/p][p]New patch to address several crash fixes and general balance for endless.[/p][p][/p][p]Gameplay:[/p]
  • [p]Enemy health / scaling for the endless wave mode have been slightly increased.[/p]
  • [p]Enemy health / scaling for the endless survival mode have been decreased.[/p]
  • [p]When there is less then five upgrades to choose from there will be common upgrades that will be added and can be chosen multiple times as you level up. The upgrades are:[/p]
    • [p]INTERNATIONAL DAMAGE GRANDMASTER: +1 base damage[/p]
    • [p]INTERNATIONAL GRANDMASTER: +1 max HP[/p]
    • [p]INTERNATIONAL REGEN GRANDMASTER: +1 HP regen[/p]
    • [p]INTERNATIONAL GOLD GRANDMASTER: +1 base gold pickup range[/p]
    • [p]INTERNATIONAL CRIT GRANDMASTER: +1% critical hit chance[/p]
  • [p]There is now a percentage chance in both endless modes to spawn a boss instead of one of the other enemies (20 minutes / wave 21 and above). The percentage chances are: 1% king, 2% queen, 3% rook, 4% bishop, 5% horse, and 85% for all other enemies.[/p]
  • [p]Invulnerable frames for when the player gets hit have been improved and should be better / more clear now.[/p]
[p]Bugfix:[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a crash when one upgrade or less is left.[/p]
  • [p]If the gold collecting pawn gets stuck, it will now teleport to the player after a few seconds.[/p]
  • [p]Gold will now be destroyed when at a certain distance from the player (roughly two screens away). This is intended to fix an issue with enemies not spawning (potentially to many instances).[/p]
  • [p]Fixed crashes related to different enemies trying to find an undefined instance.[/p]

[p]ENDLESS MODE PATCH v0.9.7[/p][p][/p][p]New patch adding endless game modes, new upgrade tree and other bug fixes / adjustments.[/p][p][/p][p]Gameplay:[/p]
  • [p]New endless game mode for survival and wave (work in progress).[/p]
  • [p]Added new upgrade tree with a gold (XP) gathering pawn.[/p]
  • [p]Pawn summons now have their own separate base damage, but will of course still scale off all upgrades as it did before.[/p]
[p]Bugfix:[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an infinite damage bug when using CENTER PAWN (area effect surrounds the player) or PAWN STORM (rotating guns) in combination with BACK‑RANK MATE (+30% damage against frozen enemies).[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue when spawning pawns causing them to get stuck in objects.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where enemies would sometimes spawn in the fountain.[/p]
  • [p]Fixes related to damage not applying correctly to various things.[/p]
  • [p]Other fixes related to some upgrades not correctly affecting / interacting with things as intended.[/p]

  • [p]New background for the gun selection screen.[/p]
  • [p]Smaller gold (XP) when colliding with other smaller gold combines into larger pieces (up to 5 gold / XP). Basically just trying to help reduce some of the clutter on screen.[/p]

[p]PATCH v0.9.6[/p][p]This update brings one new biome along with several fixes and some balancing updates.[/p][p]New Features:[/p]
  • [p]New nuclear waste biome added.[/p]
[p]Gameplay Adjustments:[/p]
  • [p]Blackhole upgrade was buffed. It now kills enemies if they are within the blackhole for too long and after its duration ends it spits out all XP for all the enemies that were killed.[/p]
  • [p]Small balance adjustment for the ability to spawn pawns. It is now –25 HP to spawn a pawn (previously –20 HP).[/p]
  • [p]Small balance adjustment to upgrade that increases damage for bullets on screen. It is now 8% (previously 20%).[/p]
[p]Other:[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a crash with the freeze turret and the upgrades GAMBIT and BREAKTHROUGH.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a crash involving the laser gun and the rotating gun upgrade HARMONY (aiming and shooting where you do).[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue with rotating guns not aligning on opposite sides as intended. Small buff also: guns will now slowly rotate while orbiting the player—this increases moments of more surface area to hit enemies with the gun.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where the HARMONY upgrade wasn’t working with the freeze turret.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where enemy bullets weren’t facing the correct direction.[/p]
  • [p]Added an option to highlight XP drops (white outline).[/p]
  • [p]A few other minor bug fixes / adjustments.[/p]
