The Maximum / Minimum Price in the Black Market has been adjusted from 50% to 70%
The Black Market usage restriction after character creation has been adjusted from 72 to 48 hours
Dungeon complete counts for Black Market usage have been adjusted from 20 to 5 after character creation
The Black Market Evaluation Time has been adjusted from 30 minutes to 15 minutes
