Accumulative Playtime Issue & Compensation



Hello Agents,

It has come to our attention that the Christmas and New Year Accumulative Playtime event resets daily, which was not intended.

Since these were content-related oversights, we’re granting the following during the scheduled maintenance on January 11, 2022 UTC:
  • To all players who logged in during the Christmas Accumulative Playtime event period but have not received their reward after the past 8 hours:
    • We will send a White Bear Pajamas Box to all users who have not received it yet.
  • To all players who logged in during the New Year Accumulative Playtime event period but have not received their reward after the past 8 hours:
    • We will send an S Guaranteed D Component: Gear to all users who have not received it yet.
  • To all players:
    • Due to the inconvenience, Compensation Items will be distributed to all users.
