January 16 Temporary Server Maintenance

Temporary maintenance will be conducted according to the following schedule per time zone:

Schedule by time zone

• January 16, 2023 at 7:30 – 8:30 AM UTC
  
• January 15, 2023 at 11:30 PM – January 16, 2023 at 12:30 AM PST
  
• January 16, 2023 at 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM GMT+7

This is to address the following concerns:
[h3]Sign of Growth Bug[/h3]

• The Sign of Growth item buff is currently not functioning correctly to the following characters:
  
  • Eunha
    
  • Misteltein
    
  • Harpy
    
  • Wolfgang
• After the temporary maintenance, the buff should work and appear as intended.

[h3]Unable to Craft the following Items for Team Rattus[/h3]

• The non-craftable Team Rattus items mentioned in the “Known Issue Notice – January 12th” should now be craftable following the temporary maintenance.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

In addition, we will offer a Compensation Package for this temporary maintenance during the next scheduled server maintenance.
