Step 1: Go to closersonline.com > Forum > Art & Media > Event tab
Step 2: Click the “Create” button to submit your art. On this page,

★ Make sure the sub-category is “Event”
★ The title should contain the name of your piece and your Closer's name.
★ Attach your final file by clicking ▲ Attach Image
★ For the content of the post, include a total of 3 images (initial drawing, intermediate stage, and final art) by clicking the picture icon.

Step 3: Check your information, format, and submit your entry!

• One entry per Closers account.
  
• Make sure YOU made it! All entries must be made by the submitter specifically for the purpose of this contest.
  
• Artwork that was previously submitted to any other contest will not be accepted.
  
• Commissioned works will not be accepted.
  
• Art can be digital (we may require to see the raw file), painting, and hand drawn.
  
• Entries should be submitted in image form only such as PNG or JPEG (GIF, Video, etc. will not be valid).
  
• All participants are required to input their Closers Name and Character Name otherwise; the entry will be invalid.
  
• No explicit contents are allowed to be seen in the entry. Any art that can make others feel offended or uncomfortable will be removed.
  
• Once you have submitted your entry, we may post it publicly on our official channels (Website, Steam, and SNS)
  
• If you need to change or edit your entry or post, remove the original entry then re-submit it again.
  
• If you have submitted more than one entry, we will only refer to the first entry that was submitted.
  
• Naddic team has the right to remove any non-related entries or discussions in the event channel. If you have any concerns or reports, you may contact us at [email protected].
  
• As long as there are no copyright issues, it is acceptable to use other backgrounds such as other images or AI-generated backgrounds; however, the main character artwork must be originally drawn or created by the submitter.
  
• AI-generated works are not eligible for winner selection.
  
• When submitting a work, please attach all of the rough + intermediate + final version. If the work process cannot be confirmed, it may be excluded from selection.
  
• If the use of AI is detected even after the event, the prize can be canceled and the prize can be retrieved. Also, it can be subjected to a ban on gameplay.
