[color]► There's a lack of security for our accounts. Can you add Multi-Factor Authentication? Captcha is not enough![/color]

We appreciate your concerns regarding account security. We will be exploring ways to strengthen security by implementing secondary password measures.
We will try more to fortify the protection of Agents' valuable information and maintain the integrity of the game's security at the same time.




[color]► I hope for the first time a top-up bonus to encourage people to get those deals. Special days like holidays (Christmas/New Year/Valentine's day, etc) or things like Black Friday with a top-up increase N-coins to encourage people to buy more things.[/color]

We're dedicated to organizing coin charge bonus events in alignment with special occasions. Take, for instance, the commemoration of our 5th service anniversary in January this year, or the recent GM's event held in August where we provided gifts. Rest assured, we're continually researching numerous options to ensure that our valued Agents can relish even more generous benefits. Right now, our GMs are also brainstorming events and giveaways for the community, please look forward to it.


[color]► Washing Machine: suggestion to make it 50nc per pull instead of 90nc. Washing Machine RNG doesn't work well on a server that does not believe in the current pricing.

► Washing Machine has too many useless items and takes too long and too much money to get the set you want.

► Chain discount it's 29,200 N-Coins just to clear one chain, and 87,600 for all three chains. That's 800 USD. (33,000 + 55,000). People living in other countries can't even think of affording it!

► Is there any point in introducing consumable materials to be able to use equipment/ skills? Why do we need an awakening capsule to be able to use Phase-Awakening? Why is pet food still necessary for pets when the only reliable way to get it is by spending real money? Why do we still need trigger fuel to be able to enjoy the effects of our equipment? There are many forced costs that throw off the players.

In our ongoing effort to enhance the appeal of the Washing Machine, we've taken steps to relax the cumulative purchase rewards conditions since the May update earlier this year. Furthermore, we're continuously working to improve the products we offer. We're also actively considering ways to provide our Agents with more opportunities for Chain Discounts and access to various sale items.

Let's dive into more detail about the design intent behind Phase Awakening, awakening capsules, and pets in the game.

To explain the design intention behind your question, Phase Awakening is a distinctive feature in our game that allows characters to unlock and utilize limited skills. Unlike traditional character abilities, which they possess from the start, Phase Awakening skills are not inherently part of the character's skill set. Instead, they can only be accessed by utilizing special items known as awakening capsules.
These capsules are obtained through gameplay and are often tied to the storyline of the awakened skill, making them a part of the narrative experience of the acquired phase awakening skill, but for gameplay convenience, a certain amount is set to be automatically recharged.

Regarding the pets, they are creatures that require the player's management for growth and battle. It helps in battle with its unique skill effects along with abilities as strong as its growth, but it has been set to manage ‘Action Power(AP)’ in order to fully enjoy the effect..


[color]► When will there be more available costume sets in the n-coin shop? Although we have had reruns, in the future, can the pieces of the costumes be purchased individually?

► Will naksan/sokcho/wangsan return in the future? I hope it can be added to the shop or have a rerun.

In terms of costume resale and sales methods, we're diligently structuring our resale plan to align with the scheduled updates. Simultaneously, we are actively exploring various methods for acquiring costumes to ensure diversity.

We want to offer a wider array of options, enabling Agents to access their favorite costumes in different ways. We aim to make the costume-collecting experience more enjoyable and accessible.


[color]► Please add better and different payment options! Steam has a huge markup and Xsolla seems to not be liked by banks in SEA.[/color]

In the case of Steam, it is an independent service platform external to our company, so please understand that it is difficult to support payment options other than those provided by Steam.
For us, our World Server is literally a global, world server, so we choose and support the payment providers that offer payment options available in as many countries as possible to avoid anybody being left behind. However, we will internally review some friendly payment companies in the Southeast Asian market too.


[color]► A game that used to be under Naddic (Counterside) allowed players to purchase a subscription ($7 US) that gave players a small lump of paid currency, and for 30 days gives a small amount of it every day. Maybe you could the same thing but with N-Coins. That way light spenders would have something of value they could spend their money on.[/color]

We genuinely appreciate your suggestion regarding a subscription system.
In order for players to receive various and abundant benefits through periodic payments, we will think about items and plans in various ways, not only about the subscription system. We wiill refer to this in future planning.




[color]► I think Q&A sessions are a great way to gather feedback, but will you consider surveys as well? If you have questions that people can answer by leaving a rating from 1 to 10, there would be a better understanding of what people are satisfied with and what they aren't satisfied with.[/color]

[color]► 1. Will there ever be a continuation of the Closers anime? Would be nice to see Tina story
Do you guys have plans for more MVs, animated shorts or any other audiovisual content?

► 2. Will there be a Closers anime after Side: Black Lambs?

Closers: Side blacklambs (anime.)I only watch until fight with malek, judging by the opening, it should end at least with Astaroth, when will it be released? And the side wolfdog? I still wanna see Mamba again.

► 3. I think it would be interesting to see Tina’s parents appear in some upgrade related quest for Tina and have her grapple with the fact that she has a family that isn't technically hers because she's not a human. Any chance we could see something like that?

► 4. Collaboration: Events with Anime or Video Game

1~2. Thank you for your interest and affection for various related content other than Closers game. We also are on the same page and agree that it will be good for Closers to produce a lot of various video content. However, please understand that this requires a lot of time, effort, and resources. We will try to create conditions that allow us to create as much video content as possible so that we can provide sufficient video content.

3. In the future, there might be an opportunity to uncover Tina's untold story within the game.

4. We're always on the lookout for collaboration prospects, and if the opportunity arises, we believe it could lead to interesting results for both us and the players. We'll keep an eye on this.




[color]► Game events. Collab between server's exclusive contents into annual events would be great! Have you ever considered/idea of a collaboration on exclusive game contents into (maybe annual) events between other servers? For example, collab with JP servers (most possible since TW are not much different with World), with craftable signature/unique costume sets. Of course, materials needed for craft will be maintained.
Even some of attributes are slightly differents (like all of the costume are untradeable/unresealable), or duration of the event takes only 2-3 weeks, it possibly make World more F2P friendly. Is it possible to do that?

We appreciate your understanding that the utilization of server-specific content on other servers can be challenging due to the distinctiveness of each service area's laws and policies. We are trying to prevent any inequality or discrimination based on the service area.
Regardless, we will strive to satisfy World Server Closers with various events and rewards and make it unique and have its own characteristics.


[color]► More funny events, like Tinatonaka (gigant Tina). Also maybe some events with another gameplay, not just clearing sectors with your power, really every in-game event like this, just different decoration and story.
Maybe some pvp related event, or even not related to fight, maybe some race, maybe play as chibi pet, maybe fight against chibi pets, or run away from them. Maybe special mechanics and control only for event. Hi3rd already have this type events and that's really fun. What about turn one player into gigant for hunting another players, or turn all players into chibi and leave one hunter, don't forget about traps. Maybe some maze, not like new dungeon, real maze. Just imagine mini Seulbi come for your soul, hug her penguin doll and summon busgeddon

[color]► Will we have a rerun of the even where you get those trinkets you have to keep for inventory for buff? A buffed version of them maybe? (Referring to the Fine Harpas Claw/Beak/Feather items)[/color]

We distribute items with the talisman effect in a manner that activates the effect when used via the [Premium Buff]. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have plans for an event where the talisman effect is activated simply by having the item in your inventory. Thank you for your understanding.


[color]► Is the divine battle event going to return anytime soon? [/color]

We're actively reorganizing the Divine Battle internally, and it's set to receive an update following this renewal.
Once we've perfected the related specifics, we'll share the information through a separate notice as soon as possible. We will strive to provide even better and more fun events in the future.




[color]► Why does the global server have different event rewards with Korean servers? [/color]

Just as each country's currency holds a distinct value, it's imperative to account for various factors, including content and item values, in each region.
Our continuous goal is to minimize disparities, striving to offer all Agents the opportunity to enjoy the same engaging activities and rewards.
We kindly request your understanding where differences are unavoidable.


[color]► I would like a QoL change to pets: letting them use their skills on their own or even giving us a Pet Skill button in the dungeon. The button B is used as the default key shortcut out of the dungeon to bring up the pet list, why not have it be the way to use the skill in the dungeon? It wouldn't take one of our skill slots for more beneficial options, such as zenith awakening when Flame King bosses get here.

► Is there any intention to make the use of pets on multiple characters any easier? It is inconvenient to have to swap the pet used on different characters.

To enhance the convenience of using pets in the game, we're actively exploring ways to automatically switch pet skills when changing pets.

However, we've discovered that significant internal changes to the skill and slot system are necessary for this enhancement. Therefore, we are considering alternative approaches to implement this feature.

Additionally, we're also contemplating the possibility of allowing multiple characters to equip the same pet simultaneously. We are committed to improving your pet experience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work on these solutions. Please look forward to it!


[color]► Any plans on increasing inventory slots?

► With the passing of time more consumables, materials and mission items are added to the game, but our space remains the same. It's not hard to find 2, 3 or even 4 of the same item in a person's inventory.

The inventory slots currently supported are the maximum amount the server can handle. Please understand that it is difficult to provide additional inventory space at this time.
There are various data options for items at Closers, and on the server, it checks all options for each item for each slot in the space where the item is stored, and rechecks the options for all items each time the player or the system operates.
We also recognize that this improvement suggestion has been around for a long time, and it is one that the development team would like to apply as well.
Although we review systems frequently whenever improvements are made, these spaces still place a significant load on the servers.
The development team knows that many Agents want it and feel sorry that we cannot brought this change in the near future but we will continue to look into it when improvements can be made.


[color]► 1. Do you have plans to install Empowered State fix on Global servers now? It still leads to DC from the game sometimes.

► 2. Do you have plans to update our old xigncode anticheat or replace it with something better? It's a really buggy thing which causes a lot of problems in games like DC in case of players desync during multiplayer operations in some raids/dungeons. This problem has existed in Closers for years!

►3. Fix Ultimate skill disconnected issues please

► 4. Ever since post DX11 Patch, there has been some sort of glitch that causes the game to possibly freeze when typing in chat Inside and Outside of dungeons. Can it be fixed?

► 5. When you alt tab to another screen and alt tab back into the game, it pops up tons of UIs that shouldn't pop up and I don't think this has ever been addressed! (Please refer to this)

► 6. Is there gonna be any reconsideration of how the ingame file management is structured? With the current structure it has proven to not only be inefficient, but also affect the stability of the game, notably in parties where more files for multiple player assets need to be read and are scattered in 100's of folders, causing drops and dips in performance that really hinders the enjoyment of the game, one proposed solution I may want to consider to Naddic is taking all the folders and making giant folders instead of small ones, to make read and writing to them easier and allow for better load times & other improvements.

► 7. Please fix character voice disappear after skill activated, or add game option turn on/off character voice disappear!

► 8. Can you remove the delay from opening a bunch of chips/boxes?

1~3. We're dedicated to identifying and addressing any skill-related issues, striving for continuous improvements. We're actively working on resolving issues related to ultimate skills, and we anticipate these fixes will be implemented early next year alongside the resolution of Empowered State's concerns. Keep an eye out for a more detailed update schedule in an upcoming notice.
4~5, 8. We understand the challenge in pinpointing the problem since it can't be replicated internally. If you encounter any issues while playing the game, please reach out to our customer service center. We're committed to responding as swiftly as we can. Our dedicated GMs are diligently collecting and forwarding these concerns to our developers. We want to remind you again that your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve the game.
6. Currently, we're unable to make changes to the game's file structure within the current development process. However, please note that we are actively working on enhancing the loading speed as part of our ongoing improvement efforts.
7. If you experience the character's voice being muted during skill usage, it is likely a bug, and we appreciate your reports. Please provide detailed information or reproduction steps to our customer service. If you wish to mute the character's voice intentionally, you can do so by accessing Options - Sound Settings and adjusting the volume to 0.


[color]► Because of the usual Network issues, if player DC is in solo dungeon, GM can give you the refund of sector pass items and it's good. But why not just change it to if the dungeon is not completed, the ticket/attempt won't be counted? That way is easier for the GM and players![/color]

We sympathize and understand the inconvenience of not being able to refund or respond to sector passes as quickly as desired.
However, refraining from consuming admissions or entries simply because you haven't finished playing the dungeon may pose a risk of potential abuse. To counter this, we currently assess whether the disconnection or crash occurred during gameplay or if there was a deliberate attempt to exploit the situation. Please understand that we are responding after this internal verification process.


[color]► Is there any plan to bring the UI renovation announced in September 2020? Some good changes were announced, like better optimization of HUD, UI renovation to make it have a more modern and cleaner look and also make the game run smoother, but apparently those changes were discarded and never heard of again.[/color]

An attempt was made to change the HUD design, but the design was not finalized.
Design changes require major structural changes within the UI system and for this reason, the update plan is currently on hold, but the development team will try to change the HUD design again and plan to restart with the necessary UI functions, such as UI optimization and scaling, implemented to some extent in stages.

[color]► Any plans of EU/SEA servers? The lag when even picking up items impoverishes the experience.[/color]

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused. We will work to improve the environment to ensure you an even more enjoyable and seamless gameplay experience.


[color]► Where are the 1-15 channels?[/color]

Some channels were cleaned up after server relocation through maintenance on Aug 16th.
Although we have responded to inquiries through Discord and our website, we will still provide guidance through a separate announcement in the future.
Through the maintenance on Oct 25th, the remaining channels will be modified to be visible starting from channel 1.


[color]► Any plan for the main story exp renewal for Blacklambs, Wolfdog and Wildhutter team? It's kinda bored when you stuck at lv 78-79 and you need to leveling again to lv 80[/color]

We are currently reexamining character growth in general.

[color]► Are there any plans to advertise the game to attract new players?[/color]

We continuously promote our updates through various channels like Google and Facebook. Additionally, we're exploring new marketing initiatives such as engaging YouTube videos and exciting events. Our commitment is to continually enhance and expand the game experience to even outside the game and make the Closers experience more fun.


[color]► Is there any intention to streamline farming? With the introduction of gatewave which was termed as "main farming area" by Naddic, we actually are forced to farm more. More common materials are needed lately.

► In last QNA, you said "We think that the amount of time spent on the different parts of the game could lead to gaining better rewards, and this is especially true when using more than one character." This is now untrue as more characters mean more farming for common materials or other resources. The amount of time spent farming/ playing is now increasing by a lot. Is game desiGN moving towards the expectation that players spend 3 or more hours playing the game?

We plan to improve the acquisition of essential equipment, such as Gate Waves, to enhance your farming experience and access various in-game content while playing the game, making it more convenient for all players.


[color]► Purification Sector Key was said to be removed in the las QNA. When will it be removed?[/color]

As mentioned earlier, we have included the removal of the Purification Sector Key in our plans. Please note that the specific timetable may be subject to change depending on future update schedules. We kindly ask for your patience and look out for further information, which will be provided in a separate notice in the future.


[color]► When are additional levels of Type 2 Phase Wings coming?[/color]

We're considering making adjustments to the Fused Phase Wings. As you suggested, there might be a way to increase the level, but we're exploring ways to make equipment progression more meaningful and motivating. Our goal is to deliver results that will satisfy a wide range of Agents, and we'll do our best to achieve that.


[color]► 1. New Seoul Branch - Gate Wave rewards, please increase the amount of Chromatic Phase Essence to match Sticky Residue reward.

► 2. Chip Protector is not easy to obtain if you're a F2P player, and they're used a LOT. Suggestion: Increase the weekly purchase amount from contribution shop or add as a reward in New Seoul Branch - Gate Wave

► 3. New Seoul Branch - Gate Wave. Please consider reducing the entry into 4 instead. Make the entry reset to 2 per day and increase the rewards amount by 1.5x. If it's possible, please consider making an auto-refresh system for refreshing the operations list. We can present the item list filters that we're looking for first. The auto refresh will stop when the items that we're looking for appear.

► 4. There is a lack of chromatic phase essence because lately the cost to craft items is really high compared to what we actually gather, you have to play a lot of characters just to gear 1 character. Please increase chromatic phase essence reward in area 12.5 by x5 or decrease craft cost on items by 80%!

► 5. Consider making Uncommon Enhancement Transfer Device a free item.

► 6. Ancient Dragon Tiamat Content (Heart/Castle/NM). Please consider changing the entry limit from per week per character to one entry per account per day for each dungeon instead (as the game did with Gremory content in future update) and increase the material drop (maybe 4x from the normal drop is enough). This game already has a lot of content and not all players can do all the content.

► 7. Ancient Dragon Tiamat Content (Mirage Repeated Normal/VH). Please consider revamp this content properly, this content is not worth doing. We're wasting too much time to clear this because this dungeon is really buggy and that makes it slower to clear it. The reward is also not really worth compared to old Tiamat content.

1~4. We are being very cautious when it comes to adjusting the rewards from the Gatewave content.
While we understand the request to increase the quantity of Chromatic Phase Essence rewards and reduce the number of entries to Gatewave, along with increasing rewards, we will closely monitor data changes and review potential adjustments to reward amounts.
5. Regarding the request for free crafting of Uncommon Enhancement Transfer Devices, we are aware of the continuous suggestions received through development Q&A. However, we regret to inform you that, as with previous responses, it remains difficult to provide support in this area due to the current situation. We will strive to consider user suggestions to the best of our ability, as seen in existing cases such as promotional benefits like selling the Enhancement 100 package or adjusting the time/period of Enhancement buff contract rights. However, please understand that it is difficult to change the fundamentals.
6~7. Thank you for your suggestion. We will consider improving environments where players have to continuously play like the Ancient Dragon Historic Site dungeons so players won't get tired easily.


[color]► The item quality system impacts so little to the stats given by the item and brings an unnecessary "gacha" system to the game. Why not just make every item "perfect" the moment they are crafted?[/color]

We understand your opinion that the item quality system has become less engaging. We are exploring either potential changes or methods to remove it from the game.
Once detailed plans and schedules are decided and updated, we'll share the news with you through a separate notice. Please look forward to it.


[color]► As stated by some other players, the heavy emphasis on playing multiple characters is becoming way too high and it devalues playing the game casually. Every new release of content is basically just a treasure trove for the hardcore and nolife player while the casual audience gets left behind, this is coming from someone who plays and gears up about 15 characters. Looking at the future raid, it seems to be following same path too. There are just so many designs that reward multisets that playing 1 char is just very brutal in comparison. On the flipside, I do get that players who grind a lot should be rewarded and the option is there for the hardcore players, but I think the gap is getting way too large and casual players shouldn't be punished this heavily. It's overall detrimental to allow that level of grinding to invalidate casuals, the game caters so extremely toward the hardcore playerbase and it turns off many new/casual players who don't have the time to be grinding for long hours every day. I don't know if anything will really be done to fix a lot of these "problems" though, a lot of it is just due to the fundamental design of the game. But I don't think the current design philosophy is a "healthy" or works for OUR server, this is assuming you care about getting more new players and improving the players retention instead of having the same addicted players. Some possible solutions would be: improving the events, implementing some sort of limits (hard caps such as account entry or soft caps such as getting less as you do more), buffing the drops/rewards (mostly after adding limits) etc.[/color]

One of the ways to fully enjoy Closers is to grow and farm various characters. The game places significant emphasis on its 20 characters, all with a rich narrative. As a result, we are continuously implementing adjustments to the farming methods, aiming to ensure that multi-character development is rewarding. Additionally, we periodically make farming more accessible to enhance the overall experience. We appreciate your emphasis on character growth, and we are working to make it even more enjoyable.
Looking at it from another perspective, the fact that casual players maintain a similar gap with multi-character playing players means that there is little feedback on multi-character development or that there is very little need to develop more than two characters.
We want to emphasize that this type of game design is fundamental in a character-training online game like Closers, which places a strong emphasis on bottom-up leveling. It's challenging to make a transition to a more casual game design, as this approach aligns with the core experience of character development in Closers.
However, this does not mean that we will ignore the inconvenience felt by casual players and allow the gap to widen.
We all are very interested in the direction needed for casual players who are just starting out in Closers to continue enjoying Closers. We ask for your opinions and suggestions and hope that we can help you through improvements and events.
