If you are having trouble logging in or registering on the Closers website, please send us an email to [email protected] with a summary of the issue that you have encountered.

We highly appreciate it if you could also provide your current IP address beforehand for us to review your concern faster.

Once you have access to the website, you may now contact us via Web Support.

How to contact Naddic Support through Web Support:

1. Log-in your account to https://www.closersonline.com/
   
2. Select the "Support" category then click on "Contact us"
   
3. Choose the most appropriate category for your concern or inquiry
   
4. Input the required fields and a summary of your concern, then press the "Submit"button
   

Updates of your concern will be received at your registered email address.

This does not limit you to contact us about account issues, you can send us an inquiry if you have any questions or if you want help related to Closers.
