We are happy to bring you the latest installment of the City of Gold campaign. We have two awesome new DLCs on offer. First up is a new heist, playable in both stealth and loud; Vlad got some beef to settle with the Golden Dagger Triad after the whole container business, and the PAYDAY Gang is all too happy to help. To dress for the occasion the tailor pack DLC is where you need to look, a full set of suits, masks, and gloves.


In the previous heist in the City of Gold campaign, we rescued Vlad from the clutches of the Golden Dagger Triad, and now it’s payback time. In the Black Cat Heist, Vlad and the gang are gonna hit them where it hurts. A large casino onboard the Black Cat, a luxurious cruise ship full of society’s highest and lowest.

Vlad knows his tormentor from the docks is aboard and so is a large amount of the Triad’s funds. He has sent you and the gang to infiltrate the ship and send a message to the Triad.

What more can you ask for than this great set of Hi-Tech masks and cool-looking suits and gloves?
In the Mega City Tailor Pack, we got four awesome-looking robotic masks with a bit of inspiration from martial arts. General

• Fixed an issue on Henry's Rock that allowed the player to get stuck behind some crates in the starting area
• Fixed a graphical issue where the waypoint for the drill would become permenantly stuck when drills gets fixed with the Kickstarter skill

Weapon

• Fixed an issue with KS12 Urban Rifle when using the carry handle mod and a 45-degree sight
  
• Fixed a visual issue with the bullets in the magazine of the KS12 Urban Rifle that appeared untextured if a weapon color was applied
  
• Improved the pattern tiling for the RUS-12 Angry Tiger Revolver
  
• Improved the pattern tiling for the Káng Arms Model 54 Pistol
  
• Improved the pattern tiling for the KS12 Urban Rifle
  
• Tweaks made to the stats of the RUS-12 Angry Tiger Revolver
  • Total Ammo has been increased from 15 to 20
    
  • Ammo Pickup has been increased to 1 bullet per ammo box instead of 1 bullet for every third ammo box
    
  • Concealment has been changed from 20 to 25
• Fixed a graphical issue where attaching gadget mods to certain SMG's would add additional railing to certain SMGs

If you are having issues with an unmodded game you can try to verify the integrity of the game files. In the steam library; right click on PAYDAY 2. Select "Properties" from the menu. Under the tab "LOCAL FILES" select "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES...".
The process may take some time to finish.

Updates may be incompatible with the mods you may have installed. Even seemingly unrelated mods may cause unexpected issues. If you are experiencing any issues with the game; try removing any mods you may have installed and try again.

Yesterday we release the third weapon pack DLC from Jiu Feng. We've seen a lot of great responses both the weapons and the charms. It is great to see that you are enjoying the content we make. We have a hotfix to release today addressing the issues that have been reported since the release.

Changes

• Fixed an issue with the fire rate of the under-barrel for the Kang Arms Model 54 Pistol being too high.
  
• Fixed an issue with the KS12-A Burst Muzzle where shots were silenced like when using a suppressor.
  
• Fixed an issue where you could attach the KS12-A Burst Muzzle or KS12-S Long Silencer while having a barrel that should prevent barrel extensions.
  
• Added missing achievement icon to the achievement menu.
  
• Fixed an issue where the weapon charm would detach from the Vulcan Minigun during the reload animation.
  

There was also an issue reported related to using a 45-degree sight gadget in combination with the KS12-S Carry Handle. This issue is still being worked on and will be included in the next release.

Jiu Feng brings us an interesting offer in the latest shipment of black market firearms and weapon paraphernalia. He starts the offer with three different firearms that will bring the boom you need in your loadout and an Akimbo variant for all the ambidextrous heisters out there. With a reputation of bringing something interesting to the table, Jiu Feng will not disappoint you here. Take a look at the Pistols, they pack a bigger punch than may be apparent at the first glance. However, that is not the only ace up his sleeve this time. A brand new cosmetic will both be part of the DLC and also a few available for free.


First up is the “KS12 Urban Rifle”, a compact Assault Rifle with a lot of power. And if you need it to punch even harder a simple DMR kit can convert the rifle to a single-fire heavy hitter. On top of the aforementioned DMR kit, this rifle also has a custom muzzle breaker, the ability to choose between the Picatinny rails on top of the gun or on the carry handle for scope placement, and also one of the largest silencers in the game.

Second is the “RUS-12 Angry Tiger Revolver”, a large powerhouse and a true hand cannon in every sense of the word. Easily tearing holes in any oppressor, no matter how heavy their jacket is. The only thing better than a big iron on your hip is a big iron with armor-penetrating bullets. Apart from the mods available to all weapons, this weapon also has an option for a custom wooden grip, and a short barrel, and a custom Stabilizer for the long barrel.

Finally, we have the “Káng Arms Model 54 Pistol”, available both as a single or an akimbo weapon. At first glance, it may look like a normal pair of pistols but a keen eye will notice that under the barrels hangs a small shotgun barrel, a nasty surprise for any opponent that gets within range. On top of the normal shotgun ammo, you can also load these backup barrels with Flechettes or AP Slugs. These pistols can also be equipped with extended magazines and barrel extenders.

Last but not least there is also a new scope in this pack, the Z5 Owl Glass Universal Scope can be equipped just like any other Rifle or SMG scope and give more options when reach is your game.

Jiu Feng brings even more new and exciting things to the table with weapon charms. A completely new cosmetic, have a cute little loot bag, grenade, or a Dallas mask hanging from your weapon as you make your way to the next PAYDAY. 4 awesome weapon charms are available in the pack, and an extra 2 charms are available for free, either to members of the community group or via an achievement.

Of course, there are also a nice set of weapon colors included in the pack, Jiu Feng won’t let you go out heisting without a new lick of paint on your arsenal. With 4 very different weapon colors, you can be sure to find one that suits your style.
