Go-Go Town! Developer Update, 16th November

Hello Mayors!

It’s time for a development update for this week! We're so excited to have Cozy Quest kicking off and don't forget, Go-Go Town! is currently 10% off as a part of it! We're also included in their streams, so tune in to the Let's Play this weekend!
Major Update #2 / Dinkum Collab
We have so loved seeing the visions of your towns with Dinkum items, as well as so many Dinkum players decorating with Go-Go Town! items. Please continue to share your best screenshots with us, and if you want to let us use your save for marketing purposes, you can submit it here!
NPC AI Updates
We're fixing more and more bugs around pathing and how NPCs and workers find their way around town. They were briefly being flung into space and walking through walls, but we've patched that out now (phew!) This is, as always, a work in progress, so if you see your workers not... working, please hit F8 and submit feedback. It'll send a copy of your save to us so we can take a look!
Major Update #3
The team is continuing work on Major Update #3 and are currently planning on having it come out next month. We'll be sure to share exact timing when we've figured it out, but also didn't want to hold back on sharing a little sneak peek with you all:

(yes, that means what you think it means! ;) )

All right, that's all for now - we'll update you all again in a few weeks!

Cheers,

Emily & the Prideful Sloth Team

Dinkum x GGT Crossover Live

We’re overjoyed to announce a super special collaboration with our dear Dinkum friends, in this huge Dinkum x Go-Go Town! crossover update!

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]
Traders Welcome!
A brand new construction option awaits in the Trader Area. Once built, it will regularly attract a whole host of wandering merchants to your town. They’ll come bearing new stalls and items unique to them, and you might even recognise a few familiar faces…
Ted Selly Sells Snags
Bringing with him a huge variety of Dinkum inspired goodies, Ted will make sure you’ll never be short of options to spend your hard earned bucks on! Bird of Paradise flowers, Jackaroo statues, recipes for favourite foods like Sausage Rolls, and of course, a brand new flammable plant. The Yellow Wattle Bush is not only highly combustible, but it also opens up a whole new avenue of Wattle products.
Maaaates
The iconic Dinkum posse definitely didn’t want to get left behind on this epic crossover, so John, Fletch and Irwin are all ready to settle down in Go-Go Town! Once you’ve invited them to live and work in the town, you’ll get a special reward upon them achieving their full-fledged townie status!
It’s a Piece of Cake
This special update event also brings with it a brand new Bakery build! Delivering heaps of delicious new bakery recipes, the sweet smell of bickies and pavs will surely set your townies tummies to rumble. Also, as a special treat (tis the season after all…) we have even added a candy floss cart. You’re welcome.

We’ve had a blast working with Dinkum on this special crossover update! It’s packed chocka with new goodies and heaps of fun for everyone to enjoy, so what are you waiting for? Get out there and enjoy the best of these two incredible town builders!
