Spring is on the horizon... 🌼 It's time for a Game Roadmap Update! 🥳

The key points ...

• We've removed Location Management 2.0. For context, we still think this would be awesome. But we realized we don't have the time and the means to do it right now. 🏰
  
• On a more positive note, we'll be adding more skirmish content on March 18, notably new maps and vocations! ⚔️
  
• The skirmish content will be released with a Friend's Pass on Steam! Game owners can invite any friend in for a multi-player session through our demo page. 🎫
  
• The next major DLC remains in the same time frame. We're excited to share more on that soon! 👀
  

A lot of (good) things are going on at Chimera. We're figuring out how to do it all somehow, and keep Songs of Silence going on. Thank you for staying with us and supporting our work.

We've just released Songs of Silence's Update 1.7! 🥳

Under the hood, this update is big. ⚠️

We've updated the game's engine to Unity 6.3, and reworked several core systems to be future-proof.

Also, we've added even more quality of life features. ✨

Game Features

• 🎴 Battle Card Hotkeys - Use numeric keys to play battle cards in a flash
  
• 🖼️ Menu Artwork Selector - From the settings, choose the main menu key art
  

Systems Reworked

• 🚂 Game Engine - Upgraded to Unity 6.3
  
• 🏷️ Hero & Unit Tags - System rehauled + tags added to specific heroes and units
  

Bugs Fixed

• 💬 Minor text & translation errors
  

[h3]🎮 Unity 6.3 Engine Upgrade 🎮[/h3]

We've updated the game's engine from a 2022 version to the latest Unity 6.3. This should address multiple performance and stability issues.

Please note it might cause some instability at first, this is a big change. But we'll do our best to fix any issues swiftly! 💪


[h3]🏷️ Hero & Unit Tags System 🏷️[/h3]

We've rehauled the system that manages hero and unit tags to be highly flexible! In the wake of this, we've added a few obvious tags to heroes and units that were missing them... 😁

2026 ushers in the Year of the Horse bringing high energy and fearless actions! 🔥

Our team created a special in-theme hero frame for you to carry that spirit in battle.

It's available for all, simply head to the game's settings and equip it. ✨


And we've added another cool feature - you may now fast-forward speech bubbles!!

Use the space bar (right-click also works in certain cases) or the "O" button on your controller.
