Patch 1.4.3 | Ectoplasm and Cockroach fixes

- [p]fixed a couple spots in which ectoplasm was hard to reach and in some rare cases even spawned inside walls or furniture[/p]
- [p]further tweaks to cockroach behavior so they stop running off into the distance[/p]
- [p]cockroaches can now use the unstuck button when granny decides to move furniture on top of them[/p][p][/p]
