v1.2.7 - Hotfix for Star Quest Reroll

Hey Mayors,

The recently introduced quest reroll card had a case where it locked the game progress. Sorry it took us long to figure reproduce and figure out the issue.

We fixed this issue on the latest version. Have fun!
