Hotfix 2 is LIVE | Full Changelog Inside 💞

Hello Loves,

We’re working on addressing new issues that surfaced with Hotifx 2 as a priority – including, but not limited to:

SPECS points - Rebalanced for some players as certain Dateables were granting the wrong SPECS type. This has inadvertently caused new blockers, preventing realisation.
Lyric - Stuck in repeated dialogue loop
Scandalabra - Stuck in ‘unfinished business’ loop
Dasha - Unable to realise
Rebel - Stuck in a loop
Celia - Stuck in a loop

We are aiming to remedy these issues with Hotfix 3. Thank you for taking the time to report these problems! We’ll update you as soon as we have more info on Hotfix 3.

Date Everything! Demo Going Offline

We've just released our first Hotfix Patch for Date Everything! on Steam!

Before we get into the patch details, we want to thank you for all your support since our sandbox dating-sim launched earlier in the week. 🫶

Hotfix Patch 1 for Steam brings fixes to community-reported bugs, including a fix to the Date-a-dex scrolling sound effect issue, fixes to blocks for the Hate Everything Achievement and ✨ more! ✨

We hope you enjoy Hotfix Patch 1 and have an even smoother experience with our 100+ dateables in Date Everything! 💞

[h2]⚙️ Hotfix Patch 1 - Patch Notes[/h2]
  • Fixed an issue with the Date-a-dex, where the scrolling sound effect would persist on the Date-a-dex menu screen.
  • Fixed blocking issues, affecting the Hate Everything Achievement. Fixes below contain achievement spoilers, which have been spoiler tagged. These fixes include:

    • Fixed an issue with Abel's Hate ending, where players were unable to obtain this if they had already experienced the Hate ending with Dasha.
    • Fixed an issue with obtaining Jerry's Hate ending, which causes Cam to break.
    • Fixed an issue with the Hero Hime, where players were unable to unlock the Hero Hime when following the the 100 Hate Endings path.
  • Fixed an issue where some players was unable to obtain friendship status with Timothy.
  • Fixed an issue with the Scandalabra, where the candle kiss animation failed for some players.
  • Fixed an issue with Jerry's carousel, which did not appear for every ending.
  • Fixed an issue with Chairemi, where the unique friendship pose for Chairemi was missing.
  • Fixed a font issue where incorrect letters would appear in one of Dasha's text dialogue lines.
  • Fixed various VO-text mismatches and typos.
