All Travelers participating in this paid-content-retained Closed Beta will be granted access to the new [S1] content on September 16th, 2023 at 02:00 (UTC+0).
Details and clarifications on S1 plans and new content ahead of the rollout are as follows:

※ We are aware this may cause Travelers some inconvenience, but the simultaneous [S0] settlement aims to deliver more new content and a better gaming experience as soon as possible. We believe this move will make for an even more rewarding, fun game.

[h3]◉ Otherworld Exploration ◉[/h3]
As per the scheduled maintenance shutdown start (00:00, September 15th, 2023, UTC+0), the final server opened in this Beta, Decrescent, will initiate the settlement of Otherworld Exploration on September 14th, 2023 at 00:00 (UTC+0). It means that Travelers on that server will no longer have access to challenges in Otherworld Exploration as of September 14th, and will only be eligible to collect the rewards. Rewards will only be available until September 14th, and cannot be claimed after that date.
[h3]◉ Temporal Vortex ◉[/h3]
Damage Ranking Rewards for Temporal Vortex will be available until September 14th, 2023 at 23:59 (UTC+0) and will be unavailable after that time.
[h3]◉ Sparkle Tournament ◉[/h3]
As of September 14th, 2023 at 23:59 (UTC+0), Alliances that participated but have failed to settle will be unable to receive the due rewards.
[h3]◉ Grand Arena ◉[/h3]
As of September 14th, 2023 at 23:59 (UTC+0), including "Grand Gladiator Arena" and "Champion Arena", Travelers that participated but have failed to settle will be unable to receive the due rewards.
[h3]◉ Limited Events ◉[/h3]
1. Hard Training XII
As of September 14th, 2023 at 23:59 (UTC+0), Travelers will be unable to receive rewards if the settlement on their servers has not yet been completed. Please pay special attention to these event deadlines!
2. One Step Ahead
As of September 14th, 2023 at 23:59 (UTC+0), if Travelers fail to complete all event quests, please don't worry. Actual progress will be carried over once [S1] begins. However, Travelers who have already completed all event quests will be unable to continue participating after [S1] begins. Travelers are advised to claim their event rewards promptly!
[h3]◉ Mail ◉[/h3]
Once [S1] begins, Travelers' mailboxes will be cleared and all past mails will be deleted. If you have any unclaimed mail rewards, please collect them before September 14th, 2023 at 23:59 (UTC+0).
[h3]◉ Heliolite Summoning ◉[/h3]
Permanent [Heliolite Summoning]: Travelers who failed to trigger the Guaranteed Summon in [S0] will have their summon counts carried over to [S1]. For example, if a Traveler has performed Heliolite Summoning 34 times in [S0] without triggering the Guaranteed Summon, when [S1] begins, the next Heliolite Summoning will guarantee a Legendary Hero.
[h2]〓 S1 Season Early Access 〓[/h2]
After the [S0] settlement is completed, all Travelers who participated in this paid-content-retained Closed Beta can choose to experience the new [S1] content from September 16th, 2023 at 02:00 to September 18th, 2023 at 23:59 (UTC+0). At that time, one server will be opened in advance for Travelers with existing characters to decide whether or not to start experiencing [S1] immediately.
* Travelers who failed to choose in time or prefer to start [S1] after the Global Launch, may choose a new server after September 19th, 2023 at 00:00 (UTC+0), at which time you can inherit your original character's data (most inherited data will be issued upon entering the [Chaos Universum], instructions will be given at that time, refer to in-game prompts for details).

Dragonheir: Silent Gods will be launched simultaneously across multiple platforms on September 19th, 2023 at 00:00 (UTC+0). 1. Pre-registration Event: One Step Ahead
Thank you to all our Travelers for your enthusiastic pre-registration across all official platforms! After the Global Launch, Travelers who complete specified quests will be rewarded handsomely! Rewards include the Legendary Hero: Big Horn - Errich!
2. Prestart Summons Event: Otherworld Horn
Travelers can search the Google Play Store and the App Store for "Dragonheir Pre-gift". Installation will grant you access to the "Otherworld Horn" Prestart Summons campaign. The final event reward will be the hero you ultimately select during the event.
* The deadline for the Prestart Summons event is September 17th, 2023 23:59 (UTC+0), so Travelers are encouraged to participate promptly!
* The reward will be issued from September 19th, 2023 02:00 (UTC+0). Travelers should log in to the official game client with a third-party account associated with the event. The reward will be sent via mail to the first character that reaches Journey Lv. 5, so keep an eye out!

[h2]Considering that some Travelers still have doubts about S1 Early Access regarding the previous announcement, we would like to address all relevant questions here:[/h2]
- Both S0 Travelers and S1 newcomers can freely choose a server that best suits their needs.
- Only pre-download, server selection, beginner tutorial and character customization are available on September 18, 2023. The official server launch remains scheduled for 00:05 on September 19, 2023 (UTC+0).

- Since this is the first-ever season settlement during the test phase of Dragonheir: Silent Gods, service will be suspended from September 15th, 2023 at 00:00 to September 16th, 2023 at 01:59 (UTC+0) due to the complexity of the settlement process. Travelers will not be able to log in to the game during this maintenance period.

- Dragonheir: Silent Gods will be launched simultaneously across multiple platforms globally. To ensure consistent in-game pricing across all platforms in all regions, we will adjust the pricing uniformly according to the latest exchange rates and VAT in each region, based on the US Dollar pricing. The final price should be in line with the actual price of in-game goods. We will also make necessary changes occasionally per changes to platform policies, any of which will be clearly communicated to you before each change.
- During this Closed Beta, we received an avid response and suggestions from many Travelers regarding pricing. Following those suggestions and careful consideration, we have decided to change the price of the "Three Ears Daily Supply" from $9.99 to $4.99 once [S1] starts (pack contents have been updated). Travelers who purchased this product during the Beta will be refunded the price difference once [S1] begins. Compensation will be issued to the respective character's mail, so make sure to check accordingly.

- For Travelers who have participated in S0, you will enter the server for S1 Early Access — [Chaos Clepsydra I] if you log in to the game between 02:00 on September 16, 2023 and 23:59 on September 18, 2023 (UTC+0). This server will only be available to S0 players. Since all players are expected to be familiar with the gameplay, and their Player Characters will be carried over to the new season, we anticipate a fast-paced gaming experience with intense competition on this server, making it suitable for Travelers who seek challenges.
- For Travelers who have participated in S0, [Fountain Interplanar I] and [Fountain Interplanar II] will become available starting at 00:05 on September 19, 2023 (UTC+0). New Travelers who did not participate in S0 will also gain access to these two servers. On these servers, S0 Travelers can act as guides, assisting new players in getting started more swiftly. This option benefits both newcomers in need of guidance and players who want to enjoy the game with their friends.
- For Travelers who have not participated in S0, you can pre-download the game client on September 18, 2023, and commence with the beginner tutorial and character customization on [Chaos Clepsydra II] or other servers. On this server, S0 Traverlers will not be able to carry over their Player Characters created in S0. Therefore, this server will be a perfect starting line for absolute fair play.
- Both S0 Travelers and S1 newcomers can freely choose a server that best suits their needs.
