[h3]*Changes and QoL*[/h3]
- Changes to Cannoneer:
-- No longer needs to stand still for 2 seconds to start attacking
-- Attack speed no longer scales with DEX
-- DEX is now added directly to attack damage
-- Attack speed will ramp up over 5 seconds from 0.5x to 4x
-- Increased cannonball travel speed
- 'Boots of Speed': Can now have all rarities. Grant 75-100% of max speed and additionally add +1 DEX on level up.
- 'Phoenix Feather' ['Death' mode only]: Can now have all rarities. Additionally grants +15-30% fire damage.
- Increased STA, INT, STR and DEX on all Reaper items (Dwarf side only)
- Removed DEX from Warpriest items and increased STR and INT instead
- Changed base speed on 'Bulwark' from 0 to 2
- Increased 'Bloodseeker' damage by 50%

- Fixed a bug where where lifesteal would not always apply for 'Bloodseeker'
- Fixed a bug where Orcs could become immortal when using the 'Toxic' Rune
