We have some exciting news! The Steam Next Fest has begun and Unrailed 2 is joining the fun with a demo that’s available to play right now!

In this demo you’ll get a taste of what’s to come when Unrailed 2 launches into Early Access November 7th. Here’s what you can expect:

When is Unrailed 2 launching into Early Access?
Less than a month away! Unrailed 2 is coming into Early Access on Steam November 7th.
How long will the demo be available for?
The demo will be available throughout the Steam Next Fest until October 21st at 6pm BST / 7pm CEST / 10am PDT / 2am JST (22nd October).
Will my progress carry on to the full game?
We try to keep the save files compatible but we can’t promise it!
Is Unrailed 2’s demo Steam Deck verified?
The demo is not Steam Deck verified, but it will be playable.
How many players does Unrailed 2’s Demo support?
8 in VS, 4 in endless
How can I play with a friend?
Absolutely! Once you’re in the main hub go to ‘Play’ > you can either ‘Create Lobby’ for you and your friends, or if a friend has already created a lobby and has a ‘Session ID’ go to > ‘List Lobbies’ and enter the Session ID in there to be taken to one your friend has already created.
Can you play single-player?
Yes you can, our trusty robot friend Ada will help you.

Can I stream the demo?
Absolutely! We love seeing players enjoy the chaos of Unrailed 2, so if you end up live streaming or creating a video please tag our social channels.
What will be the difference between the demo and the Early Access build?
Yes! Unrailed 2 is playable with a controller, or mouse and keyboard.
Can I save my run?
No, but save games will be available in the early access version of the game.
What languages is the Unrailed 2 Demo available in?
English, German, French, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
How can I report any bugs?
The best way to report bugs to us is through our Discord or in the Steam forum.

We’re currently focusing on bringing Unrailed 2 to Steam for Early Access, and then looking into consoles later on. Stay tuned for the latest updates in our Discord or on our social channels.

- 2 Biomes to explore - Monorail Meadows and Boxcar Bayou.
- 8 playable characters to choose from.
- Go head-to-head with your friends in 4v4 VS mode and find out who’s the ultimate conductor!
- Try to defeat the bosses in both biomes.
- Endless mode: have free reign on how long your track goes on for.
- And plenty of wagons and upgrades to make each run fit your playstyle.
