- TL;DR all weapons starting level and curve progression have been heavily revorked

- Magic Mushroom powerup: don't collect gems and other pickup items when giant - don't want to interrupt the mayhem (no fungus interruptus)
- Magic Mushroom powerup: slow down running speed during Mushroom effect (-20%)
- Overdrive powerup: added Flail to Overdrive powerup effect (the more, the better)
- Some weapon projectiles are now correctly blocked by walls
