Release Update: Our deepest apologies
Hello Crafters!
We're sad to say that you are currently not able to buy CraftCraft here on Steam just yet, because our release time has passed, and Valve has not approved the game build. We first submitted the build on 16th of May, finally got feedback on the 22nd of May, where the only complaint was that the person testing the game did not find any way to verify the "Romance" part of the game. Romance was not fully implemented yet, but it was still there. If they would have played the game for longer, they would have easily met one of the many romance options in the game. However, we decided to bite the bullet and simply remove all mentions of Romance from our store page and send it into review again immediately in the hopes that the turnaround for the re-review would be quick.
We were wrong. That still not happened, and our game is still in their review queue.
We're very sorry about the inconvenience, and obviously we're all devastated. What should have been a day of joy and celebration has been one of the most depressing days of my life as a game developer. Everyone who has worked on this game has high hopes that it does well and the feedback we've had from our lovely community has been overwhelmingly supportive.
We can't wait to share CraftCraft with you, we just don't know when that will happen.
However, CraftCraft is still going to be available today on other platforms. You are welcome to join our Discord to find where (hint: it's on GOG) ^_^
