It’s official - GLUM is kicking its way into Early Access on May 22nd 2025!

We’re over the moon (and a few ragdoll corpses) to finally announce this. To celebrate, we’ve dropped a brand new trailer packed with goblin mayhem, glorious physics chaos, and questionable one-liners (of course). We’d love it if you gave it a watch and shared it with your fellow goblin-lovers 💥

As we kick our way towards launch, you can follow along right here on Steam, as well as on our Discord, for news about the launch and what’s coming next - stuff like Early Access Roadmap as well as what to expect from the launch build.

Greetings, Goblin Gang!

First off, massive boot salute to @Dynamo on our Community Discord for spotting a sneaky little bug skulking around. Turns out, some old save data was lingering like a chicken ready for the kick, refusing to let you experience the fresh, crispy content we lovingly prepared for Steam Next Fest. Unacceptable.

Now, despite the flu currently speedrunning a 100% completion run on Team CinderCat, we mustered up our goblin strength, sniffled our way through the code, and kicked that bug straight into oblivion. That means you’ll now load into the right level every time, so you won’t accidentally miss out on, say… a certain mysterious church 👀

⚠️ Heads up! This fix means your game data will reset ONCE after updating. It’s a one-time boot to the system, and after that, your progress will save properly, and you’ll be back to wreaking havoc in no time!

Thanks for being the best damn community out there, helping us fine-tune the madness that is GLUM. Keep those bug reports coming, and as always…

Good, because we’ve got something special brewing for all you goblin-loving gamers (and those who are a little goblin-curious). GLUM is officially joining Steam Next Fest with a demo packed with even more chaos, style and mischief than before 💥​

This isn’t just any demo, cause this is one shaped by YOU. Thanks to all the amazing feedback from our playtests and the Discord community, we’ve been hard at work refining, tweaking, and adding even more ways to cause mayhem 🤘

😈 Brand New Menace System - Earn style points for creative kills! Whether you’re flinging explosive barrels and magical potions at your enemies, or getting up close and personal, the game now rewards your flair for destruction!

⚔️ Kick-Ass Physics Combat - Our physics-based combat system ensures that every enemy you take down reacts dynamically, meaning glorious, over the top ragdoll chaos. Smash, launch, and obliterate foes in ways that are as satisfying as they are hilarious.

🎉 Wacky Exploration & Collectables - We’ve added even more of GLUM’s crude humor to the environment, making those hidden spots and cheeky collectables worth every moment of exploring!

📖 Tutorial Tweaks - Our tutorials have gotten a facelift! Minor fixes, tutorial videos and clearer wording now make it even easier for you to become the menace you were always meant to be.
