Hello Miners,

For the last few weeks, I've been working on a new update for Forgotten Mines! It includes:
  • Fixed a bug that prevented the use of healing potions in the Store
  • Fixed a bug that kept active some ranged skills after their animation
  • Fixed a bug that randomly deleted units' armor and accessories after a restart
  • Credit and splash screen sounds are now linked to the game's normal audio channels and volume is correctly decreased or increased in the Options
  • After defeating Kyrmr, the player's history with Rayk is reset
  • Ranged units AI have been slightly improved
  • Glossary added with textual description of the symbols next to the items' toolhint

First of all, let me THANK YOU for all the nice messages, reviews, and posts about Forgotten Mines.

I didn't anticipate how much this little game would become such a "gem" for so many of you

This is why I have some GREAT news about Forgotten Mines: I'm already on more updates, not only bringing balancing and bug fixing (which will come out soon!), but also some new content, that you all should love ;)

And one last bit of good news: the new content is coming out BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR!

Hello Miners,

Welcome to this new update for Forgotten Mines, where I eliminated a softlock and fixed multiple issues! Enjoy the game:
  • Softlock from heal over time is fixed (for sure this time!)
  • Undo movement fatigue bug is fixed
  • Polymorphed enemies behavior bug fixed
  • Fix the half armour upgrade issue
  • Fixed a bug where an unit with Counter, right after dead, activate the perk and crash the game
  • Fixed a bug where an enemy can be created on an occupied tile
  • Fixed a bug where a druid who dies in bear form was "killing" the tile until the end of battle
  • Players can choose the heal option in an event if they have Heal or Heal II in one or more alive units
  • Fixed a bug where character where keeping fatigue after an undo movement.
  • Changed some evolution of item at blacksmith
  • Fixed a bug making the game crash if you restart a battle while a chracter was on top of an item with a full inventory

Hello Miners,

today we have a brand new update for Forgotten Mines, bringing some much-needed bug-fixing! We also want to thank you all the players for reporting the issues, that has been very helpful to fix them.

  • Fixed a bug where .exe could be read as malware, due to an embed .pck file. Now the .pck file is exported separately alongside the .exe.
  • After finding Rayk once, the player will always have information on his location.
  • Corrected soft-lock with passive healing.
  • Fixed corrupted save in descent mode after heroes reach lvl6
  • Fixed a bug where, when restarting the game in animal form (wolf or bear), the Druid would lose maximum HP.
  • It is no longer possible to buy a poe stone after refreshing the items.
  • Fixed the price of the poe stone
  • The player can now change the name of their units on the new game screen.
  • Fixed a bug where, when the inventory was full and battle was restarted, an "error" sound was emitted.


We also want to thank you all for the very positive reviews, and we've now reached the 100 reviews threshold!

If you still have bugs/issues about your game, please give us as much info as possible so we can investigate on them as best as we can! :) Our immediate objective is the stability of the game and get rid of the remaining issues.
