Games Forged In Germany

[p]Hey there Queens and Kings,[/p][p]as part of the “Games Forged in Germany” event, we’d love to showcase some upcoming games from our German developer friends. Check it out!
[/p]
Slots & Daggers
[p]Our friend Friedemann just announced his new game Slots and Daggers, a slot machine rogue like that feels so juicy it will knock your socks off. You fight through increasingly more difficult boss-like enemies while you collect upgrades and improve your machine. You can wishlist it now![/p][p]Store Page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3631290/Slots__Daggers[/p][p][/p]
Starbirds
[p]Our friends at Toukana, the creators of Dorfromantik, are currently working on this awesome collab with Kurzgesagt. Starbirds is probably the most adorable factory automation game on Steam right now, so if you're into that, you should check out their demo and give them a wishlist!Store Page: https://star-birds.com/grizzlyfriends[/p][p][/p]
The Darkest Files
[p]Germany, 1956. The war is over, but justice is not served. Former Nazis walk free, while their victims lie in unmarked graves. As a prosecutor, you'll unearth long-buried evidence, confront witnesses and hunt down perpetrators. It's a bit niche, but it's also extremely well made, well researched and even fully voice acted. We think more people should check it out. Shout-out to our friend Yän at Paint Bucket Games. The game released a few months ago so you can already play it now.[/p][p]Store Page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2058730/The_Darkest_Files/
[/p]
Wanderburg
[p]If you always wanted to put your Thronefall castle on wheels, this game from our University friends is for you. Wanderburg is a minimalist open-world roguelike where you upgrade your moving castle to explore the map and fight foes. You should give them a wishlist![/p][p]Store Page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3624140/Wanderburg/[/p][p] There are many more fantastic games coming from Germany these days, so we chose a couple from the folks we're personally in touch with. We hope you enjoyed this little mini-showcase. As for us here at Grizzly Games, we're currently taking a bit of a break from game development, and will jump into the development of a new game project some time this fall. We hope you're still having a blast with Thronefall in the meantime.[/p][p][/p][p]All the best,[/p][p]Jonas & Paul[/p]
