1.0.0530 Update
Hello dear leaders of Ratopia!!
Thank you sincerely for your patience while waiting for this update.
Originally, we hoped to deliver a wide range of quality-of-life improvements. However, within a limited timeframe, we spent a great deal of time discussing which features would provide the greatest satisfaction to players if updated first. On top of that, overlapping schedules made it more challenging than expected to clearly distinguish which features could realistically be implemented within the given period.
As a result, we were not able to develop as many additions as we had initially hoped. That said, each change included in this update was carefully selected after considerable thought, and we hope you will find some value in the overall quality of these improvements. If this update did not fully meet your expectations, we sincerely apologize, and we will strive to prepare the next update with even greater care and thoroughness.

While preparing this update, we also took time to thoroughly review player suggestions, reviews, and feedback submitted over the past year. Among them, we found an especially large number of reports related to Ratizen AI, and we are currently focusing our efforts on identifying the root causes and researching improvements.
We were able to reproduce and confirm several issues that occur under specific conditions—such as [Ratizens getting stuck], [slow and frustrating building behavior], and [failing to find paths]. However, we have had difficulty pinpointing the cause of a different problem: in the late game—when the city grows large (50+ Ratizens)—excessive processing and lag can cause Ratizens to behave abnormally. Due to limited time, it has been challenging to fully identify the exact cause.
If you have observed this issue in the late game, we would greatly appreciate it if you could send us the save file from that moment (or shortly before), along with a brief description of the situation, to . We will analyze it carefully and use it to guide future improvements.
