[/p][previewyoutube][/previewyoutube][p]
[/p]
🛡️ Multiplayer – Team Up & Take to the Skies
[p]
Everwind is best experienced together. Whether you're splitting up tasks, exploring ruins, or just sipping tea above the clouds, multiplayer turns the skies into shared adventures.
• Up to 4 players can join a session via a simple invite code
• Peer-to-peer hosting means one player creates the world, and others sync up
• Emotes & in-game chat let you wave, point, pose, and communicate easily
• Coordinated teamwork = better loot and epic moments!
In the future, we’re planning to support dedicated servers so you can play any time, even without the original host online.

[/p]
🕰️ Day & Night Cycle – Stay Sharp After Dark
[p] Everwind features a dynamic day & night cycle that affects gameplay. Nighttime exploration is riskier—so don’t forget your torch! [/p][p] [/p]
🏗️ Building – More Than Just Blocks
[p]
Say goodbye to cube-only construction. Our shape selector lets you build with wedges, sloped roofs of various shapes and more. [/p][p]Whether it’s a sleek airship or a cozy cabin, create your perfect base.[/p][p]
• Snap-together parts for smooth builds
• Hundreds of furniture & decor items to make it feel like home
• New “connecting” blocks like fences auto-snap to fit naturally
• Color lighting and dyeable options coming soon
• Try Sandbox Mode to unlock everything and build without limits!

[/p]
⚔️ Weapons – New Additions to Your Arsenal
[p]
We’ve added new weapons—and they’re anything but ordinary.
• Spears offer long reach and tactical versatility
• Mechanical weapons bring steampunk flair with static shock effects and custom animations
• Crafted by “Steamers,” these armaments add variety and strategy to combat
Plenty more weapon types are on the way, and we can’t wait to see what you pick as your favorite.

[/p]
🌍 Biomes – Four New Environments to Explore
[p]
We’ve introduced four stunning new biomes that expand the world and add new challenges:
🦴 Swamp Biome
Catacombs, cemeteries, and flooded ruins filled with undead. Expect eerie atmospheres and ancient treasure.
🔥 Savanna Biome
A dried-out land once teeming with life, now cracked and silent. Undead roam underground citadels hidden beneath the scorched earth.
🍂 Deciduous Forest
A lush twist on our classic forest. Different trees, animals, and dungeon entrances ruled by ancient skeleton lords.
☣️ Rotten Forest Biome
Toxic, twisted, and thick with fungal decay. Explore overgrown industrial ruins to uncover lost tech and upgrade your abilities.
Each biome features its own color palette, from sky and fog to water, enhancing the visual immersion. Dungeons, ruins, and hidden lore are waiting in every region.

[/p]
⚙️ Tech Upgrades – Powered by Intel XeSS 2.0
[p]
We’ve partnered with Intel to bring XeSS 2.0 and Frame Generation to Everwind. The result?
🚀 Higher FPS without heavier GPU load
🧠 AI-generated frames for smoother gameplay
📊 Up to 2x frame rate improvements on supported systems
See it in action with a side-by-side comparison, including performance gains on the MSI Claw handheld!

🪂 Soar the Skies: Gliders & Launchers Update

[p]Hey Explorers,
[/p][p]In this week’s update, let us tell you a bit about another way of transportation - a hang glider (also referred to simply as “Glider”), and its Launcher.
[/p]
What is the Launcher?
[p]The Launcher is a powerful device that propels players high into the air, enabling them to deploy their Glider to travel between the floating islands. As a technological marvel, these devices are exclusively located on islands with Steamer race structures. They are powered by yellow crystals called a “Crystal of Ignition”.[/p][p][/p][p][/p]
How to Use It?
[p]Using the Launcher is straightforward but requires specific preparation:[/p]
 1. [p]Step Inside: Position yourself on the central platform within the device.[/p]
 2. [p]Crystal of Ignition: Ensure you have a Crystal of Ignition in your inventory.[/p]
 3. [p]Activate: Interact with the device to trigger the launch sequence.[/p]
[p]Once activated, the Launcher consumes the Crystal of Ignition and after a brief delay, propels you skyward with tremendous force, sending you soaring into the air. Then, if you have a Glider equipped, simply press SpaceBar and start flying.[/p][p][/p][p][/p]
Obtaining and Controlling a Glider
[p]The Glider needs to be crafted - to obtain the recipe, thoroughly explore the Steamer ruins![/p][p]While flying, you can use WSAD to make the Glider fly forward, backward, and slightly turn right or left. The Glider's movement is not connected to the direction you're looking, meaning you can look around approximately 180 degrees while controlling it.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]As always, we hope you enjoyed this preview, and you’re looking forward to soaring through the skies in your very own hang glider. A First Look at Merchants in the World of Everwind

[p]Hey Explorers,[/p][p]We know that some of you were worried that our stretch goal, NPC Settlements, will be scrapped because we didn’t reach it. Rest assured that this idea was not abandoned and might make a resurgence eventually - what’s more, today’s topic is directly related to content that was planned for it! Enjoy Studio proudly presents: currency and merchants.[/p][p][/p]
Coins: Your Currency
[p][/p][p]Coins are the universal currency used to buy and sell items with merchants. They can be found scattered in dungeons, or received as payment when you offload your unwanted gear and resources.[/p][p][/p]
Meet the Merchants
[p]Throughout the world you’ll encounter a variety of specialist merchants, each with their own wares and interests. [/p]
[p]Merchant[/p]
[p]Favourite Items[/p]
[p]Sells[/p]
[p]Innkeeper[/p]
[p]Food & Drink[/p]
[p]Hearty meals and ales[/p]
[p]Bowyer[/p]
[p]Arrows & Bows[/p]
[p]High‑quality bows & arrows[/p]
[p]Blacksmith[/p]
[p]Ores & Ingots[/p]
[p]Refined metals & tools[/p]
[p]Armorer[/p]
[p]Armor scraps & plates[/p]
[p]Protective gear & shields[/p]
[p]Weaponsmith[/p]
[p]Weapons[/p]
[p]Melee weapons[/p]
[p]Jeweler[/p]
[p]Gems[/p]
[p]Rings & necklaces[/p]
[p]Alchemist[/p]
[p]Herbs & Vials[/p]
[p]Potions & elixirs[/p]
[p]Herbalist[/p]
[p]Wild herbs & mushrooms[/p]
[p]Rare botanical ingredients[/p]
[p]Carpenter[/p]
[p]Wood & Timber[/p]
[p]Furniture & wooden items[/p]
[p]Blockcutter[/p]
[p]Stone & Blocks[/p]
[p]Building blocks[/p]
[p]Tailor[/p]
[p]Cloth & Leather scraps[/p]
[p]Clothes & fashion items[/p]
[p]Common Merchant[/p]
[p]Miscellaneous resources[/p]
[p]Everyday supplies[/p]
[p]They will buy everything, but pay considerably more for their favourite items![/p][p][/p]
Pricing Mechanics
1. [p]Item Quality: Level, durability %, modifiers, and special effects all influence price.[/p]
 2. [p]Merchant Interest: Each merchant values certain categories more highly - this adjusts buying and selling rates.[/p]
 3. [p]Supply Limits: Merchants hold a finite amount of coins. Buying from you replenishes their funds; selling to them drains it.[/p]
[p]Pro Tip: You can always repurchase items you’ve sold - but merchants charge a premium on buy‑back, so plan accordingly![/p][p]Merchants’ inventories and coin reserves reset and any sold‑out items vanish if you go too far from their location.[/p][p]
[/p]
Loot vs. Shop Drops
[p]Defeating a merchant in combat drops random loot related to their profession. For example, an Alchemist can drop any potion. However, items that they purchased from you are not part of their loot tables, so no bullying merchants to get your stuff back![/p][p]How to Trade[/p]
 1. [p]Approach a merchant and press Interact.[/p]
 2. [p]The trading window opens: your inventory is on the left, the merchant’s on the right.[/p]
 3. [p]Hover over any item to see its buying or selling price (if the merchant window is closed, you’ll see only the base price).[/p]
 4. [p]Click an item to buy or sell - it’s that simple! Coins and items transfer instantly.[/p]
[p]We hope you enjoyed this preview. Make sure to stick around, as we’re not planning to stop with content reveals and sneak peeks!

Plant, Chill, Repeat!

Hey Explorers,
We’ve been focusing on combat and navigation quite a bit recently, so in today’s post, we’ll dive into everything you need to know about planting, nurturing, and harvesting crops in the game.
Basic Farming Workflow
1. Find a Seedling
Locate the seedling of the plant you want to grow. You’ll find details on its needs in your Compendium once you’ve collected it.

2. Prepare a Pot
Craft or place a flowerpot as your planting container.

3. Add the Right Soil
Fill the pot with the specific soil type required by your seedling—check the item tooltip or Compendium for details.

4. Plant the Seedling
Place your seedling into the prepared pot.

5. Water Your Plant
Give it a good soak. Keep an eye on the hydration meter—moisture naturally decreases over time.

6. Mind the Altitude
Keep in mind that altitude matters—each plant thrives at its own ideal elevation. If any of the three conditions (soil, watering, altitude) aren’t met, your plant will eventually rot and die.

Tip: Every time you tend your garden, double-check that soil, water level, and altitude are all within the required ranges—when everything’s right, tiny sprouts will start to appear after a short while; if something’s off, the seedling will dull in color.
Advanced Gardening: Incubators
Once you reach a higher farming tier, you can craft an Incubator instead of using pots. The incubator automatically bypasses the altitude requirement, letting you farm anywhere—even at extreme heights!
Where to Find Plant Requirements
● Compendium Entries: After harvesting a seedling, open your Compendium to view its exact soil, water, and altitude needs.

● Item Tooltip: Hover over the seedling item in your inventory for a quick summary of its requirements.
Continuous Harvests
Did you know? As long as your plant remains within its growth conditions, it can regrow multiple yields without needing to be replanted. Just water it, monitor its status, and reap the rewards again and again!

That’s all for today’s green-thumb guide. We hope you enjoyed this look into a more cozy part of Everwind. See you soon!

Potions: All you need to know to brew your perfect elixir!

[p][/p][p]Hey Explorers,[/p][p]We know you’re curious about specific effects of some of our potions, so we want to showcase a few of them today. Let’s focus on Tireless Spirit, Last Chance, Jump Booster and Windborne—each offering distinct advantages in exploration and combat. Here’s an in‑depth look at how they work and why you’ll want to brew them.[/p][p][/p]
Tireless Spirit
[p] Tireless Spirit dramatically reduces or even halts stamina consumption for its duration. On a Tier I table, the potion reduces stamina drain by 25% for 30 seconds, allowing for longer sprints or more evasive maneuvers. Upgrading to Tier II doubles that effect—50% reduction for 30 seconds—while a Tier III brew freezes your stamina meter entirely for 20 seconds. This effect is ideal for extended pursuits, scaling difficult terrain without pause, or maintaining offensive pressure in boss encounters.[/p][p][/p]

[p]Duration[/p]
[p]Tier 1[/p]

[p]Tier 3[/p]
[p]-100% Stamina drain[/p]
[p]20 seconds[/p]
[p][/p][p][/p]
Last Chance
[p] Designed as a safeguard against fatal blows, Last Chance ensures that a potion user survives what would otherwise be a killing strike. A Tier I concoction grants one free revival (lasting up to one minute or until triggered). Tier II not only prevents death but also restores 10% of your maximum health upon activation, and Tier III restores a significant 25%. This effect is invaluable when facing unpredictable enemy onslaughts or taking on powerful foes whose critical strikes could prove lethal.[/p][p][/p]

[p][/p][p][/p]
Jump Booster
[p] Jump Booster enhances vertical mobility, increasing jump height by 50%, 100%, or 150% for Tier I, II, and III potions respectively (durations 1, 2, and 3 minutes). Early tiers help reach moderately high ledges; at Tier III, you can clear vast chasms, discover hidden platforms, and perform advanced aerial maneuvers. Anyone who enjoys traversal challenges or treasure hunting in vertical dungeon spaces will find this effect indispensable.[/p][p][/p]

[p][/p][p][/p]
Windborne
[p] Windborne accelerates your speed while using a hang-glider to traverse Everwind’s skies with unprecedented swiftness. The Tier I version grants a 50% boost for five minutes, Tier II doubles your speed for eight minutes, and Tier III raises it by 150% for ten minutes. This effect is perfect for relishing the sensation of rapid flight across floating islands.[/p][p][/p]
