7.17 Update Maintenance

Bug Fixes
Bug that some relics (parasols, arrow pouches, etc.) would not work during the day/night.
BUG that Necromantic Talent: Wizard Strength did not take effect
Optimization
Sensitivity Ring, increase attack speed by 1%~3%.
Ring of Life, increases life value by about 15%.
Dodge Necklace, increase dodge to 7%~10% (originally 5%~8%)
Necklace of Survival, increases damage reduction by 2%~5%
Necklace of Transcendence, increases pure damage by 2 points
Optimize the new player's tutorial
