Modify some Traditional Chinese/English text description bugs

Added new language channel for chat and information filtering function
Xanadu Land - The stronghold refresh time is adjusted to 3 minutes (originally 5)
The elemental BOSS refresh time is adjusted to 20 minutes (originally 30)
normal Avalon - The stronghold refresh time is adjusted to 10 minutes (originally 15)
Corrupted Xanadu, all BOSS drop requirements are adjusted to
C(0~3%), B(3%~5%), A(5%~8%), S(more than 8%)
B-level drops are the same as before, A and S are gradually increased.
Red weapons adjustment
Thunder Sword, damage affix adjusted to 5 (originally 3)
Woodcutter, speed affix adjusted to defense%
The magic eye and lucky affix are adjusted to reduce the energy consumption of the magic guide by % and remove the built-in CD.
Maple Star Fallen Blade, the speed affix is adjusted to Speed %
Ullal's Stars, the critical strike % affix is adjusted to attack speed %, and the chance of triggering accessories is increased to 15% (originally 12%)
