3.13 Server Maintenance

Map Adjustments

Elite Nest Wilderness:
Opening time adjusted to 18:00-24:00 on Monday to Friday, and 10:00-24:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
Added path indicators for the Overlord Worm, with fewer normal monsters spawning around the path.
Corrupted Lingering Island:
Reduced the time for the Boss to appear after killing elite monsters to 20 seconds (originally 15 seconds).
Goblin Event

Randomly appears in Lingering Island, Avalon, or Elite Avalon. Arrows will guide you when you are near.
The drops from Goblins are the same as those from Elemental Bosses, with additional drops.
Combat Adjustments

Bone Armor: Immunity increased by 6% for every 80 HP lost (originally 5%). Hatred efficiency increases to 200% after 4 critical hits (originally 6). Internal cooldown is 1 second (originally 2).
Guardian Shield, Specialization 1: Range adjusted to 6 tiles (originally 4), damage adjusted to 160% (originally 130%).
Spirit Wrist, Specialization 3: Explosion range adjusted to 4 tiles (originally 2).
Energy Covenant: Cooldown adjusted to 1 second (originally 2), energy consumption adjusted to 50 (originally 55).
Earth Covenant: All cooldowns reduced by 2 seconds.
Speed Ring: Base attribute values adjusted to 8/11/14/16 (originally 11/15/18/21).
Vitality Ring: Base attribute values adjusted to 6/9/11/12 (originally 10/13/16/18).
Experience Optimization

Optimized the new player guide process and text.
Reduced the base HP of Outposts and Elemental Bosses in Lingering Island and Avalon (total dynamic HP remains unchanged).
Fruits dropped by Outposts and Elemental Bosses in Lingering Island are now bound.
Refresh time for Outpost Bosses in Lingering Island adjusted to 1 minute (originally 2 minutes).
Pet exploration time adjusted to 4 hours per day (originally 8) and 2 hours for other times (originally 4).
Optimized the drop algorithm for Red-quality equipment in Corrupted Lingering Island, increasing the guaranteed drop rate.
Store:

New Season Acceleration Pack and Honor Boost to Level 35 Pack added to the selection.
Blazing Soul inventory in the limited-time store adjusted to 30 (originally 10).
Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug where Iron Firearm frequently lost damage.
Fixed a bug where Red Sword and Chainsaw did not receive pure damage bonuses.
Fixed a bug with the Red Sword's chain trigger.
Fixed a bug where items purchased with Souls from the Merchant were not bound.
Additional Notes:

The backend has recorded data on players using scripts.
Future penalties may include clearing White Souls and Honor Board data, among other measures.

New Player Experience Optimization

Optimized the early Glory Quest progression.
Reduced the base health of normal monsters and BOSSes in the Isle of Lingering Souls.
Decreased the respawn time of stronghold/elemental BOSSes and slowed down their projectile speed.
Random Events

Echo of the Lava King: Adjusted the trigger chance to 15% (previously 12%).
Fixed a bug where Lava King I's Invasion did not spawn in Lava Dungeon II.
Other Changes

Adjusted the synthesis time for Infinite Cube and Red Quality Armor to sync with Giant Clover.
Reduced the damage percentage requirement for drops from elite monsters in Corrupted Isle of Lingering Souls to 10% (previously 15%).
Reduced the damage percentage requirement for drops from elite volcanic monsters in Elite Avalon to 9% (previously 11%).
Increased the number of times Power can be used with Silver Coins.

New Random Events (Opens with Season Progress, Events Only Active on Saturdays/Sundays)

Gana's Blessing: When entering Lava Dungeon I/II, there is a 12% chance to gain a 25% Luck bonus. This effect only applies to the current scene.
Echo of the Lava King: After defeating Lava King II, there is a 12% chance for the Lava King II entrance to reappear. This event can occur up to 2 times consecutively.
Power Optimization

Special Extraction now includes a Green Selectable option, requiring 40% Extraction Points.
Combat Optimization

Marksman Talent: Bow Strength+, increased level cap to 5 (previously 4).
Marksman Talent: Artifact Strength+, increased to 15 Strength per level (previously 10).
Bug Fixes

Fixed incorrect BUFF duration description for Red Quality Cloth Armor - Tara's Robe.
Fixed incorrect BUFF description for Pet Shadow Touch.
Fixed a bug where Power Skills required a relog to take effect.
Fixed incorrect descriptions for some Prayers.
Important Notes

New Reporting Feature: Nearby Players → View Info → Report Type.
Reports will be logged and reviewed by the system, with appropriate penalties applied if violations are confirmed.
The game prohibits the use of tools that disrupt game balance, including but not limited to AFK scripts and multi-clienting. Abnormal data will be handled accordingly.

Combat Experience Adjustments

Babel - Time/Space: Dynamic health base value for normal monsters and BOSSes reduced to 40% (previously 50%).
Lava King I adjusted to dynamic health, base health approximately 750,000, scaling up to 1,500,000 with more players.
Lava King II adjusted to dynamic health, base health approximately 1,000,000, scaling up to 1,800,000 with more players.
Elite Wild Nest: Reduced T12 monster spawn count by 10%, and increased monster respawn time by 10%.
Power Optimization

Completing daily loop quests will grant free Power Extraction attempts at 150 activity points (requires Season Talent level 6 and Power function unlocked).
Loop quests at 750 activity points will also grant free Power Extraction attempts.
Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug where Blood Sacrifice Dual Blades dealt no damage.
Fixed a bug where certain weapon/artifact specialization effects (pure damage) were not affected by attribute bonuses (Knight's Longsword/Bloodblade Rapier/Short Bow/Vinewood Bow/Blood Sacrifice Dual Blades/Plague Staff/Starfield Shield/Explosive Bracer/Mist Cloak/Blade Cloak/Holy War Banner/Courage War Banner/Plague Chalice).
Fixed a bug where certain Power skill effects (pure damage) were not affected by attribute bonuses (Poison Swamp/Fire). Increased the range and maximum damage count of Poison Swamp and Fire, and reduced cooldown by 15%.
Balance Adjustments

Blade Cloak's main attribute changed to Pure Damage (previously Magic Damage), with adjusted damage values.
Slow Warhammer: Specialization 1 damage modifier adjusted to 40% (previously 60%). Specialization 2 barrage range increased by 1.5x, damage increased by 45% (previously 30%). Specialization 3 damage modifier adjusted to 15% (previously 20%). Barrage hit cooldown reduced by 10%.
Judgment Banner: Fixed a bug where Specialization 3's hammer did not rotate. Optimized the barrage firing direction of Judgment Banner.
