Hello conductors,

The Cerebral Puzzle Showcase begins today and Station to Station has been selected to take part!

We're so excited to be included in this celebration that celebrates the most wonderful puzzle games available on Steam.

The Cerebral Puzzle Showcase kicks off at 7 PM CST and runs until August 7th. During that time, you'll be able to play the demos for awesome puzzle games and save money on some of your favorite titles. As well as wishlist upcoming puzzle games like Station to Station!

If you haven't played our demo yet, it'll be up for the entire Cerebral Puzzle Showcase! The perfect time to don your thinking cap and try your hand at some railway building.

Steam just released a recap of the June edition of Steam Next Fest, including a list of the 50 most-played demos during the week of the event... and Station to Station was one of them!

In total:
🚂 Over 60,000 conductors played the demo
⏰ Over 20,000 hours played
🔨 Over 1.9 million stations built

This was our first ever Steam Next Fest and it went better than we could ever have imagined! Thank you to everyone who supported us and played our little train game 🫶

We want to make Station to Station more accessible so, in preparation for Steam Next Fest, we localized the Station to Station demo into an astounding 18 languages.

The full list of languages is:

• Chinese (Simplified)
  
• Japanese

You can change the demo’s language at any time from the Game settings in the settings menu.



If your language is available in the demo, we would be grateful if you could try the game in those languages and send us your feedback. If you run into any issues, whether formatting or incorrect localization, please let us know!

There are three ways to do this:

1. Join our Discord and leave it in the localization channel
   
2. Create a discussion thread in the localization subforum
3. Fill out our Feedback Survey

These are the patch notes for Version 0.1.1 of the Station to Station demo:

[h2]Small changes:[/h2]
- Removed the "Show advanced settings" option and set the advanced settings to visible by default.

[h2]Bug fixes:[/h2]
- Fixed missing translation lines for Malay.
- Fixed a formatting error in the Russian translation.
- Fixed that a new building would not automatically connect to a nearby station if it fell down in a station's range.
- Fixed that sometimes the cheaper bridges card tutorial would appear even if you don't have the card in your hand.
- Fixed a visual bug with station connectors that keep showing as unavailable even if they are available.
- Fixed that the level completion pop-up and the result screen window were overlapping in some instances.
- Fixed a bug in which the hover-over tooltip for unlock buttons would still show on hidden buttons.
- Improved the performance while building a railroad.

We're taking part in June's Steam Next Fest, which means our demo is staying up a bit longer!

All you need to do is to go to our Steam page and press the green button "Download Station to Station Demo" to start playing.

In case you didn't know, the Station to Station demo lets you try out three levels to give you a taste of what you can expect from the full game. The demo includes:

• 1 Biome
  
• 2 train types
  
• 3 different cards
  
• 4 optional challenges to complete
  
• 6 building types
  

Our main goal from Steam Next Fest is to collect feedback from our community! We've already started implementing suggestions that have been made so far into the full game so please make sure you're sharing any ideas or feedback you have.

How do you do that?

There are three different ways:

1. Join our Discord community and use the provided channels to share feedback and bugs with the dev team!
   
2. Fill out our Feedback Form!
3. Use the sub-forum on Steam to leave your feedback.
   

We will also be hosting a Q&A with our community tomorrow, while watching the gameplay video from The Cozy Gaming Club! Make sure you drop by if you have any questions, or you can leave them in our Discord/Steam Discussions if you can't make it.
